The manager was polite and responsive. They did a decent job. But it turned into they were commenting on posts I didn’t want them to comment on. I got over 200 followers, but half of them were bots. So 100 followers in 6 weeks. Nothing spectacular. Too many bots, not real people. Like always at first you’ll get followers then things calm down. I’d call and complain and more follower would miraculously appear. Didn’t help anything with my business. All these companies are alike. Waste of money in my mind.

However, we can assure you that no bot could have come from us. We help you get noticed and increase your reach with real people. If they resonate with your content, they start following you. It’s also common when you post a reel that random profiles might start following you out of the blue, so some followers could have come from a different source, like that or external posts.
I just had a chat with your campaign manager, and it seems you chose a strategy that focuses more on engagement rather than follower growth. We totally understand if that wasn’t the direction you were expecting. If you're open to it, we’d be happy to adjust things and work with you to get the results you’re aiming for!

Update: Since my issue described below, the Socialboost team was able to address their errors and have corrected it. I am now quite satisfied with their service.
Original review: I was excited for what they offered, so I subscribed to their higher package. After paying over $1k in the first month and a half, I only had 2 calls with Mike, a staff. His srvice on getting followers was actively happening, but the rest of the service was not and they went radio silent.
They alleged that they tried to send emails and conveniently non of their emails was going through in different hotmail and gmail addresses I provided. Yet, their payment collection kept happening.
After 3 months they have not been able to fox that “IT issue”. But I do get their promotional emails, those do go through.
They refused to use something different to send written messages, and only ask to communicate via video calls.
My guess they have internal problems, with perhaps the best of intentions. Or, this is their way to scam. User beware.

Gaining genuine followers, good service
Firstly, I should point out that I have met these guys on a video call at least three times, and have been very particular with them. If your question is “are they genuine” then they absolutely are. They have sent me photos of my profile on the mobile device they use to evidence that it is done by hand.
Actual results all very good, I started with a gain of roughly 800 followers a month, and around three months on, I’m to a minimum of about 300 a month. The followers are indeed real human beings, they target profiles that are similar to yours and effectively interact with their followers on your profile to get a follow back - which is quite effective.
I’ve kept on top of them when I’ve seen things dip or activity slow, so if I was to be picky, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 but overall I would recommend the service.
