We've been really thrilled working with Social Scout, from the quick responsiveness of their team when we originally reached out for engagement to the ease of Contracting out with them and their response to some of our specific needs. Mateo is incredible and has a deep knowledge of flows and how to make them better. We've already seen some really exceptional results!

Social scout has done phenomenal, quick work. Their design, attention to detail, communication is top tier. It's exceeded what I thought was possible. Not just on a strategy and streamlining level but also working back and forth with our account manager in making sure they understand our needs and how our Shopify is set up to ensure we work together. Sebastian has been phenomenal. His attention to detail, communicating within seconds (not joking), and adjustments has played a big role in our brand wanting to continue with Social Scout.

Great company with a solid game plan and set-up. Personality and professionalism are top tier, as well as communication. Maybe not made for super large companies, but would be a great option for a smaller company that needs some help getting started with email campaigns. Would definitely recommend! Stephan was our Acc. Executive and he was great to work with, always dropping everything to help us out.

This team was awesome to work with. We are a start up and a small team with little marketing experience to create and execute. They came in and created a killer welcome flow that is already converting. And we have engaged with them to do monthly marketing emails. They don't need hand holding, creative is great, copy writing was great. I am thrilled to have them as a partner taking a lot of marketing off my plate! Highly recommend.

Awesome Klaviyo Flows!

Worked with the Social Scout team to build out or flows and the process was great. The team was great at iterating and taking feedback to get the designs perfect. Once we nailed that implementation was super easy. We're already seeing the return from having these properly set up! Will be using them again for our other businesses.

They have a large amount of experience in the email marketing space. They are on it immediately and there's no delay in responses. Phil and Mateo were helpful and collaborative. Having it be done for a one time fee was helpful as well.
