There was a lot of back and forth on the design, but the Social Scout team made countless revisions (and did them promptly) to make sure they fit our needs until we were perfectly satisfied! We are excited about the new look of our emails and excited to see how they perform!

He showed me the plan and after a discovery call about my brand and sending over all required information to shared document all I had to do was wait for the first round of flows to come available for my review. The flows looked way better than I imagined and were on point with my brand. I am very happy with the quality, communication and execution.

This company goes ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! One thing about contracting someone as a small business it's very risky. You never know who you will work with or if the will spend the time to understand you and your brand. All I have to say is Social Scout is legit worth every penny. Not only did they take the time to understand us, we had a vision and they matched it! They took the time to educate us and set us up for success after they are done building out our flows.
