Try something new with Sofas and Sectionals
I absolutely love my Natuzzi sofas and recliner! Although I was initially apprehensive about transitioning from leather to cloth, the color, quality and softness of the fabric was a major plus. It did take 16 wks for delivery. There were a few bumps with the delivery process. Besides having the backing replaced on both sofas, I received four complimentary covers for the front cushions. I am exceptionally pleased with how hard Elaine from Sofas and Sectionals worked to deliver an exceptional product ;)
Great company with a great product
I found this company easy to work with. They are available to answer questions and quite helpful no matter the department you might deal with. The shipping company delivered on time and efficient. It took longer to arrive than I wanted but I understand that it’s necessary to have enough orders in my area before delivering. I haven’t had the recliner but two days but initial opinion is a really nice piece of furniture.
Great product and service
I was able to pick out the sofa and ottoman that I wanted in the fabric I wanted for a lower price than the furniture store. When the sofa was to be delivered, the delivery warehouse detected some dirt and notified me right away. The customer service at sofasandsectionals contacted me and had the situation was resolved in a short amount of time. They were on top of it!

I bought a big man recliner..catnapper machado, from them, shipped to my home, with less expense,than buying local,same chair.. within 6 months, manual recline mechanism,was”tighter”, and recently would not recline. I called and emailed,Elaine., whom showed excellent customer service, knowledgeable,polite,and had a new assembly,to my home,and a technician had it installed,and “working like butter” in a week…. In my opinion, hard to find such service, and people /companies like this today. I will be ordering more……..

We purchased two sofas with delivery included.
One of the cushions had a small separation along one of the beaded seams. A technician was summoned and he did an in house repair with meticulous detail.
From sales to delivery to repair, Sofas and Sectionals has been commendable!! I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with my sofa and sectional purchase. What was a small minor issue with one piece of a prior purchase was turned into a great experience! My initial inquiry was handled immediately and with great communication. Sofa and sectional worked with the brand to coordinate replacement of the part. I will no doubt be a repeat customer should I require additional furniture in the future!

I stumbled upon Sofas and Sectionals doing a search for a sectional. I found them very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I felt like whoever I spoke with took genuine interest in helping me find the right one for me. When I had a problem with one of the feet after delivery, they immediately took care of me. Will definitely do business with them again.

We purchased our Flex Steel sofa from sofasandsectionals.com and saved over $600. The sales person was very helpful. Delivery was scheduled 4-6 weeks, but we received it in 3 weeks. There was a gap between the cushions that I was not satisfied with. I called the customer service rep, and she helped trouble shoot the issue while the delivery guys were still here. She ended up having to schedule a furniture repair person to come out at a later day. The process was simple, and he was able to make adjustments to the sofa in 15 minutes, and I'm completely satisfied now. Customer service was awesome, and I would definitely order from them again!!

Flexsteel Furniture Purchase
We bought a Flexsteel Sofa, love seat with console and a regular love seat all with manual recliners. Pricing was so much better than the local store here in North Carolina. We did have an issue with the sofa which was resolved as quickly as it could be. All around great service from order, delivery, installation and problem solving. Would purchase from them again.
DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE WITHOUT READING THIS
We purchased a Natuzzi Prudenza Power Reclining Sofa in June 2024. The sofa was delivered in September. Beautiful looking and very comfortable seating initially. Two issues surfaced: one immediately and the other about three months later. Issue #1: Natuzzi factory installed a plastic protective cover with their name on it on the footrest section of the recliners. We called Customer Service and they sent someone out to take the stapled leather apart, remove the plastic covering, and then staple by hand to stretch and reinstall the leather covering. Obviously not up to factory standards.
Having not learned my lesson the first time around and shortly after the first one was delivered, we ordered a second identical sofa for another room in the house and confirmed with Customer Service – before we ordered – to make sure the plastic covering was not attached. While we were waiting for the second delivery Issue #2 appeared: the seat on the recliners (one on each end of the sofa) began to sag – to the tune of 2+ inches. It was like sitting on a 15-year-old couch. Very disturbing and unsettling.
The second couch was delivered early January 2025 with the Natuzzi plastic covers attached – again. In contacting Customer Service, I was told they contacted Natuzzi and “the note they made about the plastic cover is as follows: the plastic covers are intended to protect the leather on the footrest, yet if the customer wishes to remove them that is their right but not under warranty and they will not pay for any damages they may incur”. Who in their right mind would buy a beautiful sofa with permanent plastic covers with Natuzzi’s name on it? Nowhere was that ever pictured or explained to me. It is like buying a brand-new car with leather seats that need to be ripped out and taken apart to remove a factory installed plastic cover. That’s not what I paid for and that was never explained or shown in any pictures on their website.
The bigger problem continues to be the severe sagging in the seats and I am stuck with that one. This is an absolutely beautiful couch with a worthless interior. My bad for ever reaching out to Sofas and Sectionals in the first please. I spoke with Ben once when the second order was placed and was never able to reach him again after repeated phone calls and messages. I returned the second couch within the 30-day period and was charged 15% ($537) restocking fee plus a $120 pickup fee (total $652). I believe the product was misrepresented – no information anywhere regarding the plastic covering and believe I should not have been charged a nickel. My bad, again, for trusting them on the second order. I will never use them again and strongly recommend you think twice if you are considering making a furniture purchase. I trusted them, got my clock cleaned, and we are now stuck with a worthless piece of beautiful looking furniture and I am out an additional $652. I do not and would not suggest you trust them; bad business.

So happy we found these folks on-line. From our first call it was evident the sales representative knows the product lines, he was very well tune in so it made our decision very easy. The product value and savings was well worth the call. Very happy with our sofa and loveseat and the over all experience. The service team and scheduling folks were on top of their game, very organized and pleasant to work with. Delivery was easy, on time and professional. If you're hesitant to purchase on-line just like we were, just do your homework and call these folks, they will hook you up save you money and make the entire process easy and pleasant. Nice job Sofa and Sectionals team!

I purchased a sofas on 1/13/23 for 2846.00.
That price included a 5 year warranty
On October 7, 2024 all the accessories of the sofa broke down.
According to you, Sofas & Sectional, the reason why we haven't been able to get it fixed is because the company that made this sofa, shut down around the time we bought it.
Now 2 years later we have ended up with a $3,000.00 sofa that it's functions do not work and nobody is responsible to replace
I either want an equal replacement or our money back for this sofa

After you order no customer support or care
Ordered multiple couches in the beginning of October 2024 that they said could take 3 months to make and I was fine with. Contacted them in November to check on status to make sure everything was on track. Never heard back. Contacted again December and never heard back. Then in January I called left a message did not hear back. So I called again and got a different representative who got me in touch with my salesman. This led to me finding out that my order was canceled back in November because that line of couches had been discontinued and an email is sent to my salesman and he never let me know. Very bad customer support and they don't care at all.
They are horrible in communication
They are horrible in communication. 2nd check in on timing, post a promise date from initial call in, and Customer Servicer rep basically says "we sent an email" - they didn't, blamed on my Spam, where there is nothing. They use freight company that then goes to local delivery and claim their furniture requires special handling and blah blah blah. The lady likes to baffle you with long detailed unnecessary caveats, explanations, instead of getting to the point. Hog the time with excuses instead of giving answers. First time I called they said local delivery company Ryder Last mile will contact, they did, I contacted Ryder on first promise date, they said it hasn't shipped. This lady then tells a different story lecturing about shipping time and excuses. And at every turn the lady's excuse is that nothing is certain, it's all an estimate and special shipment takes 10-12 weeks and they are well within their window. Buy local, these guys are retailers selling online but FlexSteel sells through local furniture companies, nothing special about Sofas & Sectionals. At least in CO mountain towns, I recommend iFurnish - very responsive, transparent, and no bullshit.
