We Ordered our first home sofa which was promised to be delivered in 6-8 weeks!! We are now on our 11th week and been fobbed on 3 times this week when visiting the shop to raise the issue! Then to have a call from there delivery depot that they can't find our sofa! Absolute joke off a company.

Superb service from start to finish at the Middlebrook store Bolton. Excellent prices and ordering was easy . Very flexible delivery times offered. Michelle dealt with my order and is great asset to the company.

Initially this company was fine to deal with but after delivery it’s been a nightmare. The delivery guys put our sofa together incorrectly and we were also sent the wrong cushions. We asked for the domed premium cushions but they delivered the flat, hard cushions which are really uncomfortable. We’ve called, emailed and left messages for the services team with no response from them which is awful for a sofa we spent nearly £3k on. Would not recommend buying from here because if something goes wrong, it’s very difficult to sort it out.

Dont bother with this company, yes the staff are lovely and explain about made to measure and the furniture looks good in the showroom but they dont want to know after they have sold it to you. For our sofa they are using another company Furdeco who are worse than useless. They gave me a day's notice for the delivery and a time slot of 11 - 2pm and I'm still waiting, I phoned them they said they are behind but be with me in 30 -40 minutes, didn't arrive, I phoned back and the delivery team has gone backwards how does that work. Worst company I have ever know. I will be warning everyone to avoid. Phoned the showroom and they just said we will pass on your complaint, it's a joke. I will review more when I eventually get my sofa.
Update, sofa not coming now because delivery van broke down, so no sofa and wasted a day. Nothing to sit on and no date when they will be coming. Please don't use these companies.

This store is a scam. A dodgy dealership for sofas and bed products. Bought a bed frame which is terrible quality, and a mattress of which they delivered the wrong one and wrong size because they sold the one I paid for to someone else??? Then said I could have my money back until they collected it on their set data which are days I can’t be home? I should have known as they’ve got a white board full of complaints visible to customers in the store which also surely is a breach of GDPR? Don’t buy from here.
