Charles was great - patient and got me a new key and solved the problem quickly

Used Chat and was very impressed and happy at the response I received from Charles.
I made a total shambles of trying to install Microsoft Office and he very patiently took me through all the steps to rescue me. Had a G&T afterwards to celebrate!

MS Office Store delivered the download quickly. The Office software installed easily with no problems. I have purchased from them several times and will continue to do so.

Charles took complete control of the whole situation unfortunately I am computer illiterate and had no idea how to upgrade my computer to Windows 10 and thank you Charles for just doing it have a wonderful day

This is about the tech support plan only. The product I purchased was fine, the price was the best, and even the installation support was outstanding. The tech support plan is a deal at $5/ month, but it is only live chat and only for the purchased product. I heard the subscription pitch offering a tech support "experience." I got a cut/paste from a google search (I'd seen it before.) Great software at an amazing price with great installation support.

Ordered the wrong edition of windows by mistake. Mark helped me to pay the difference to get the correct key and resolved this within minutes. Highly recommended.

Charles is very helpful and knowledgeable of the product and services MS provides. He turned what would have been a frustrating setup, after I loaded the wrong file, into a pleasant experience when we connected remotely and he finished the setup for me.

MSofficestore's software installers made my windows upgrade-install the easiest I've ever experienced. More importantly, when I realized my upgrade-install had deactivated a key functionality of my PC, I promptly received help from Alex at MSofficestore's customer service. Alex set me up with a new set of instructions and installers. I was able to roll-back my install to win 7, transfer the activation key, and do a clean install of Win 10 on a new SSD (like I should have in the first place). Thank you Alex, and Thank You MSofficestore! I will recommend you to anyone, and I will be a customer for life.

Worst experience ..my PC motherboard failed ..i could not start the pc had to change the motherboard and deactivated the licence . Would never advice anyone to buy from them .

I recently purchased MS Visio Pro 2019 and when I attempted to install it - I was meet with a message that my version of MS Office pro plus 2016 would need to be uninstalled first. The only help they offered was to try and sell me another MS Office version to use after I removed my current version. Very Unsatisfactory Response - NO HELP at all... It wasn't until after I bought the Visio that I found out I can't install it and they refuse to give me a refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - IT IS A RIP OFF...!!!

I have used this service twice so far and both Windows 10 licences are working fine. During Second purchase little support was needed to re-send the links but it was all sorted by Charles. Overall very good experience.

Amazing experience buying from MS Office Store.
Firstly I contacted them using the live chat to establish that I could use the Win 11 Pro Retail key on my existing Windows 11 Pro installation.
This was confirmed, so I went ahead with my purchase.
