Alex was a great help with my W10 upgrade. He immediately discovered the issue with the upgrade and was able to correct it. The upgrade was a breeze after that.

I had an initial problem of not being able to download the installer. After spending some time on Chat with Charles (and briefly Drake), Charles got onto my sys. and very quickly solved the problem. I'm very satisfied with this interaction.

I had a problem with activating a key for a purchased softaware from MSofficestore, and Drake from their support team helped me solve the problem in a heartbeat, even providing replacement to the defective key. I definitely recommend MSofficestore!

They're reserved but grateful people when problems occurs or where the primary resurgence in technical achievments among the grand quantity of users who seek for porpoises and enlightmen in their lives. Technology will understand when the final beneficiary is in bad mood, or sick, or happy and euforic. The latter situation was explained by the assistant Drake in a very fun manner. At 73, I figured that my Windows 7 would function longer than me, but time and Microsoft had a different opinion. I live in the woods with dial-up phone internet and horrible download speeds. Regardless, Alex and Charles from MSofficestore helped me get updated to Windows 10, guiding me through most of the MULTI-HOUR download process, and taking over my computer to resolve the final errors. I'll be forever grateful for their skill and patience, and will remain signed up for their help-desk service. They KNOW what they doing, and, hey, I asked, they're actual HUMANS, not AI. THANK YOU!

Very good customer service received an email from Charles after my purchase to make sure I had everything I needed and to see if I needed any further assistance

When I needed help they got back to me promptly and were able to install the software for me. I did find the email a little crowed with directions. I am not real techy so it was a little hard for me. That is why I needed help.

I needed to upgrade my Old Dell XP from Windows 7 to 10 for a program I needed to run. I had problems with the Microsoft site and could not get it running. After buying a licensed copy from MS Office Store, The install could not have gone better. Works perfect! and Charles with customer support reached out to make sure all was well with the install. Nice!

Really well product, works like it should, I purchased Windows 11 for my brand new gaming PC and it works perfect, Charles from the support team walked me through the whole process to install and get it working for my computer… 10/10.

I Spoke with Drake who took me through the install process of visio which was having an issue. He was very patient and helpful and we got the product installed.
