It's been over a month and I have deployed over 24 pouches and still have mice and rats. I have hesitated using poison but I have a bunch more pouches and will deploy those and see what happens. Very frustrating and expensive.

product works great… however, shipping took a while. I contacted the company through email requesting an update on shipping and response times were always quick. Would order again, just don’t expect it to ship fast!

Great product. Works quickly after being put to use in out RV. No mice at all, even after 60 days.

Communication was great except for package tracking. Other fulfillment houses provide links on their shipment notification to the actual delivery company for tracking by the customer.
Otherwise your packaging, fulfillment, and delivery time was as advertised.

ordered the product three weeks ago and still no tracking or product.

As advertised. Pets are fine with it, the odor is pleasant, and varmints are gone.

So far the mice 🐁 tremble when I unwrap my Sofyre packets ! Yeahhhhhhhh

Taking more than 2 days to ship is a downside.

The punches smell great.

They didn’t seem to have too much deterrence to the mice in my chicken coop but I am continuing to use them in a few places in my shop and so far so good.

I plan to use them in my snowmobile trailer for summer storage.

I might keep the subscription if there was one for one package every couple months.

Was helped with subscription issue. The response was very quick and satisfactorily.

It is a great product. Worked like a charm. Put the bags around where I had notice mice activity and now.. no mice! Love the scent and a good price!

While it took a long time to finally receive my Rodent Repellant we are very pleased with the packet and its ability to keep squirrels away.

While the product is what we were looking for, shipping time was way too long and it bounced back and forth of delivery dates..I ordered on April 6th and was finally delivered on Apr 23…while it’s not always the company’s fault, letting the customer know that the normal delivery time is expanded.

I was at my cabin this weekend and placed your product in areas of the cabin where the mice generally come in. I could not find any evidence of them in the cabin after two weeks.

The real test will be after two weeks. The cabin is not occupied full-time. Visits may not occur within 90 days.
I am initially pleased.
