The company was pretty great
The company was pretty great. When I contacted them with my disappointment with the product, they were quick to offer me a refund, though I wasn’t able to return an unused object which I thought was weird. My biggest issue with this experience is that I bought their nipple and clits toy, and it was incredibly weak. Some may like the fact that it’s not too powerful, But for me, it’s not powerful enough. The packaging was normal nothing too great about it. The product itself seems well-made just a little Issue.

Shipping process and price went…
Shipping process and price went smoothly hence the 2 stars. That's it. Products are junk. Not even close to as advertised. No battery life or advertised satisfaction/sensations. Not for larger girths at all. Pass on these if you're looking for a good toy at an affordable price. They don't get you where you wanted to get!

To start the pricing is incredibly low and the products I received are very high quality. The products are easy to use and they work great!!! Shipping was fast and packaging was discreet. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Ridiculous!
I ordered 2 items and they were shipped separately - no big deal. When the first item arrived, it was not the same as what I had ordered. I reached out to customer service and they told me it's a "newer" version of what i ordered...yet it has less capabilities than the one that I ordered. That doesn't sound like much of an upgrade to me.
Secondly, the second item was shipped to my city, sat at some facility here for a few days - I figured it just needed assigned to someone's truck for delivery. 4 or 5 days go by and it's still at the facility! Next think I know, the tracking number tells me that my product is being shipped to TULSA!! That is many states away from me. I made my order the last week of January, and here we are Feb 11th, and I still have one downgraded version of the toy I wanted and nothing to show for the other one. HORRIBLE first impression.

Products from here are fairly priced and fast shipping. When I needed help with a product, they were able to reply back in about an hour with a solution. Would use their website again.

Professional Customer Service
I purchased a product in Sohimi around one month and a half ago (it took around 21 days from those 45 days (approx.) to arrive) The product sadly broke just after the 3rd usage and it made me worry for real as the warantee is supposed to be just 30 days since the date you bought. However, I contacted Sohimi Team and they answered me within the next 24h just as they claim in their web. They were communicative and kind and offered to send me a new product. I find the response very professional.
