I purchased 4 products and only received 2. I had made inquiries and provided police report for the two missing items. Was told to make a review in order to get the two missing products reshipped. I just hope whom ever the carrier is follow the signs and deliver the products correctly and secured. Customer service needs to do better to rectify missing products and contact whom ever delivers product to follow delivery instructions accordingly and not leave things in places where signs clearly states not to leave them in. From the two products I did receive was successful as gag gifts. They loved it.

Received faulty product and they would not give refund even when their site says, "30 days to change your mind, free returns." Had to dispute charges through PayPal and my credit card. PayPal gave me refund. Sohimi said they would give refund if I gave a positive review and if I returned item to China at my expense. Now I'm getting all kinds of fishing and scam emails from China because I told them they lie and are dishonest.

Sohimi has contacted me and told me the reason for the longer than normal delay is that my purchase was out of stock in the U.S. and had to be shipped from China. Tracking now shows the package has cleared customs so it will be delivered shortly.

Other than this one little glitch I have been more than happy with Sohimi customer service and the care they provide to their customers. I will not hesitate to reorder from them in the future.

I've bought 3 so far. The first was Black night which was flawless for a year. Stopped recharging Now there are so many to choose from it's very confusing. So read them carefully. The second I bought replace the last. But it only has twisting motion. The third I read carefully and still ordered wrong. It had vibration and trusting, but no twisting motion. Worse part is it arrived broken. I was able to open it and had a broken screw in one of the thrusting section. I was able to steal a piece to work out of the other 2 to fix it. The black knight to me was the best but only last a year. The website should have a filter that you can check mark what you are looking for. Like, thrusting, twisting, vibration and so on. But they don't. And they only take returns if the quality is no good. Not impressed.

Strong motor and feel good to the touch

I ordered 3 items and never received the 3rd item. The other two items came individually and one of them was damaged upon delivery (not the box, the item inside the perfectly fine box was ripped). Just unhappy with the delivery and the fact that I'm missing a third of my order led to this review.

Update: I did receive the 3rd item almost a week after the other two (about 5 days after I posted this review).

Ordered for the 1st time as the website was easy to use and prices seemed very good. Shipping times were reasonable and what was most impressive was the service received. They were very responsive and helpful, too. What else do you need to know as they checked all the boxes.
