Almost Perfect Service
The items arrived as promised and in excellent condition. The 8 brackets, screws were present but only 7 rubber pads. As I haven't yet done an installlation whilst awaiting other items, it's not an issue - and won't be. I was glad the items were available and competitiively priced.

Really impressed
Really impressed. After I had made the initial order I realised that I had forgotten an item. By that time it was too late to change the original order but having emailed them, I was called directly by a customer service representative who was more than happy to send the additional item with no delivery charge. I was pleasantly surprised to receive their call and that offer.
