Good prices and superb service
Was looking for just one particular panel to finish off expansion of my solar array -I think Solar Trading had the last panel of its type in the UK! Bought it at a very good price and decided to pick up from the warehouse myself to save shipping. Great communication and super efficient - the guys had it ready for me on arrival, and with their help I had it loaded into my van and away again within 5 mins. Thanks very much - have told my solar installer friend and others in the trade about Solar Trading UK. Well recommended!

Dear Norman,
Thank you very much for your comments and for taking the time to leave a review.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations. While transport is handled by a third-party courier and occasional delays on the road are unfortunately beyond our control, we always aim to deliver the best possible service. When things don’t go exactly to plan, we do our utmost to resolve the situation and ensure our customers are satisfied.
As noted, our AM delivery service operates between 08:00 and 13:00, as clearly stated on our website. Your order was delivered at 12:52, which falls within that timeframe. However, we completely understand your disappointment, and as a gesture of goodwill, we refunded the AM delivery surcharge—even though the delivery occurred within the specified slot.
We hope this resolution was satisfactory and that we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back to our website in the future.
Kind regards,
The Solar Trading UK Team

Great service with competitive pricing
Great service with competitive pricing. Quick call back to a voicemail left on the answerphone. Harry was super friendly and helpful and offered advice on what I needed. Great next day delivery, we opted for am at an extra £35 but it was well worth it as the order arrived before 0830 hours.
Would definately recommend and use again.

Growatt Battery
I purchased a second Growatt battery and cables at a very competitive price. The whole experience was great. Although not in stock the Solar Trading team kept me informed regarding their delivery and when I could pre-order. The delivery took place on time and the battery was undamaged. Many thanks.

Cannot fault the service
Purchased a Growatt battery at a reasonable price. Was straight forward, paid for it. Had a choice of dates and time for delivery I chose any time on the day. The battery arrived in the morning on day chosen, which was ideal.
I cannot fault the service no hassle no waiting for the lorry to turn up.
