Quality product, excellent value
Great communication before arrival of the materials and also during construction to help us as needed. Took a smidge longer than expected to build but we took our time. Instructions likewise could be improved but nothing in this life is perfect and we figured things out ultimately. Overall we love this addition to our property - a nice minimalist design with solid wood construction. Btw: Finishes are quality.

Gorgeous but more work than was marketed
The shed is gorgeous, and the company was very responsive when I gave them feedback, but the experience putting it together is not accurately described well on the website. The company should share more honest stories of customer experiences like mine, where at least 85% of my boards were warped including the starter boards. If you don't have the right tools, ratchet straps or a ton of extra clamps on hand, the project would have been even more difficult. With the experience I had putting it together, I do not think the price was worth it. It also takes a lot more money to get a good roof on and get the foundation set, so be prepared to spend more than the price of the shed.

While some degree of warping can occur with natural wood, especially if not assembled promptly after delivery, the extent you described is unusual, as we haven’t heard reports of 85% of boards being warped.
We aim to provide clear guidance on how to protect the wood before and during assembly, and we are continually refining our materials and resources to ensure they meet our customers' needs. We appreciate your suggestion to share more customer stories; it’s a wonderful idea that we will work on as we improve transparency and support.

Nice product
The product is solid, looks beautiful when built and Igna very helpful and knowledgeable, for that 5 stars.
About the actual building part, I am pretty handy and will say it is a lot more challenging to assemble than described due to wood boards naturally warping and having to get them to align. The instructions and pictures could also be better written and designed. While the videos are very helpful, I highly recommend hiring a handyman with carpentry experience which I ended up doing to solve some key issues. Also customer support is minimal/non existent at the weekends so build weekdays so you can get help when needed. Overall I'd highly recommend the purchase, just make sure you have the right help!

Couldn't Be Happier
Igna and the whole team at SolidBuild were so supportive and informative. I felt like when the kit showed up I was totally prepared for everything. And I couldn't be happier with the end result. My family calls it our 'tiny home' and we all love it so much. It's made our backyard such a magical place to spend time together.

Communication and responsiveness to questions or issues was excellent. We did have a problem with the door closing & locking mechanisms that required 3 replacements before resolution, prolonging the completion of the project. Still, Inga kept working with me until the problems were corrected!

Washington model for art studio -- stunning
My wife and I purchased a Washington Solid Built Shed for an Art Studio. It is stunningly beautiful. Igna and Tomas were helpful every step of the way and went way beyond the call of duty. Great experience
We ordered the California 13x11, and the whole process was smooth and as described by the company. It was fun to build and looks and feels great! Our contractor helped us put much of it together, and he was impressed by the quality. Delivery is quick so have the space ready to go when you order.

It is a wonderful product! It far exceeded my expectations. It arrived promptly and assembled easily. The engineering was expert. They helped out with a question about hardware within hours. Our experience..
The positive: customer service is A+ with communication and resolving problems. Shipping was on-time and expected. Videos are key and very helpful. The negative: you MUST build the day or day after you receive (which we did) but had problems with a bunch of boards being cut incorrectly, which was resolved by the company, but waiting a week for new boards resulted in our last quarter of the build to be difficult due to warping of remaining boards. So a 2-3 day build took us about 2 weeks. Overall, a fabulous little room that we use as an office! We had electrical installed with HVAC system. Metal roof has kept us dry. I would purchase again!

Right from the beginning our experience…
Right from the beginning our experience with Solid Build was amazing. Ordering was a breeze, I was informed of delivery progress every step of the way. Our delivery driver was fantastic and knowledgeable about what he was delivering- even offering a few tips from his experience with this build.
Putting our shed together was great! They even included several extra pieces for some of the more specialized components in case you had a break or damage.
We are very pleased with our shed- which we turned into a backyard library for our home. 10/10 would recommend Solid Build to anyone!

Beautiful home office
Beautiful home office! We are really happy with it. It was a bit involved of a home office build so I recommend having 2-3 professionals help support over the course of 4-5 days for structure, roof, electrical, flooring and paint.

Very disappointed considering the price…
Very disappointed considering the price and ease of fixing the issue. The delivery was good as was the support. The instructions however were embarrassingly terrible for a 7k product! It appeared they were not even proof read. Every page had mislabeled or non existing parts, like not even close. Incorrect measurements and mislabels everywhere.
This is supposed to be a diy product proof read the manual! It’s not a $40 chair.

Moderna 10x10
Ordered the Moderna shed and it is really great. The build process was straightforward and the final product is better than expected. We included the 4 lite window add on and it was a great addition. It lets more light into the space and is very well made. The order and delivery process was even smooth and efficient. Overall highly recommended product.
