Delivered as promised on time. Product good quality and just as sold.

Built up the shed on a packed gravel pad with a 6" circulation space. Insulated both beneath the floor and above the roof. Added a 7 ft. x 10 ft. wood deck in front of the shed which increased the utility of the shed. The site preparation, decking, the insulation, painting and roofing cost more than the shed.
The precut wood parts fit like magic with plenty of extra parts which were used to augment the sidings. The assembly was quick and easy. The parts were easy to recognize from the drawings and the part ID labels. The style was modern and attractive. . Improvements are needed on the supplied hardware parts. The screws were weak and some of the locking hardware were not fitting well.
Overall the whole project turned out just as planned and the results were quite satisfactory.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The wood was of good quality with no significant warping or flaws. The delivery went smoothly and the design is great.

Overall, the building experience was positive. The helpline was always available and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time, and the materials were perfect. The only suggestion I would make would be to have the option of an extra course of wall boards to make the ceiling a little bit higher for tall people and give more clearance for ceiling fans. I found the installation of the door, the trickiest part of the process. All in all the process was pleasurable and successful.

The quality of the product is excellent and they don’t charge a shipping fee which is remarkable considering it arrives on a truck. Takes some work to assemble but it’s worth it to have a beautiful shed.

Everything about this company was 100% stellar the customer service was excellent the delivery could not have gone smoother. Friendly, courteous, helpful, and the biggest plus the myrtle house is absolutely 100% everything I thought it would be and more is of the finest quality latches windows doors, hinges, everything superior quality and excellent solid wood. It is not full splinters but more like a finished sauna wood.... beautiful and will be well loved. Beyond my expectations. To sun this up in o e word from start to finish...FABULOUS! We love the look of the solid build shed we built, but it isn't very windproof.
WE lost the roof once with an 18 mile and hour wind gust, and then. With the base tied down and built to your specifications, a 26 mile an hour gust of wind took the whole building down, cracking several pieces of wood. The base stayed down, we had anchored it to the foundation. I watched the whole building go up like a linkin log playhouse, all the boards lifting one after another, tip over and crack. We rebuilt the thing with heavy reinforcements and are crossing our fingers each time it gets windy.
We have had to make several reinforcements with beams to add strength as well as cover broken end pieces.

When I decided I wanted a shed I started my research. I keep coming back to the solid build 10’x10’ Myrtle shed by Solid Build. From the moment of my first interaction with the staff I knew I made the right decision. I was lucky enough to hire the builders and staff of Solid Build. They were professional and took pride in their work. The results are a solid built shed and the design I wanted. I never had a problem with communication, the staff responded quickly. I highly recommend this company,their sheds and choice of different designs.

Tomas did a great job communicating with me about setting up the delivery and working all of that out. He made sure I had all of the building paperwork so that I would be set once the shed was delivered.

I love my Myrtle garden shed! It is exactly what I wanted and looks exactly like the website photo.
I was guided as to when it should ship to correspond with build time and there was no warped or damaged wood. The milled pieces went together easily as the tongue and groove milling was of the highest quality. The packaging was incredible, the shipping was incredible. The windows and doors are a snug fit. It would have been helpful to have the doors labeled inside/outside and top/bottom just for quicker installation.
Two window trim pieces were missing after assembly and the company sent me the milled pieces within a week. Great shed, great project, great company to work with.

Solidbuild was such a great company to work with. I had looked all over the US and was not happy with the shed options available. I found these great looking sheds made of solid wood in Europe that I really thought looked great and was well built. Finally researching these types of solid wood sheds I found SolidBuild here in the US. The web site, customer service, and the product are top notch. Even the shed I wanted was sold out so SolidBuild gave me the same price for a better unit. I am so happy I found these guys and absolutely love my new home office. My dog loves it too.
