Solid starts made starting solids so much less stressful! Highly recommend it to any parent starting this stage!

This app really helped me to get started - it has a lot of great ideas and safety instructions. It was super helpful in the first few months! I struggled creating lists of food there, and didn't use all the features, but the safety measures were the best!

Makes blw easy and brainless. The app is super buggy which is the only negative.

Solid Starts was genuinely helpful to our family. Variety range of recepies, information on how to serve food and when, which are common allergens and how to serve them etc. Especially was helpful to start the solids with BLW method. I’ve loved my experience using the Solid Starts app! When my daughter became old enough to start solids, I was really nervous about choking and allergens. The app gave me a searchable database of foods with information on common allergens and how to cut each food in an age-appropriate way to avoid choking. I’ve recommended it to every person I know who has a baby who is starting solids.

They also have great customer service!

Their app is so easy to use and takes the guess work out of feeding. I reference this app constantly just to make sure I am feeding my child foods properly.

I love this app so much! It's a little addictive, trying to make sure I get my seven months old baby to try new foods and get those 100 foods in. Super easy to use, I think I found every food I could think of. And my favourite part was the meal ideas. We are big on having our kids eat what we eat, and we are foodies, so I love putting together the interesting meals.
