Never order from this company. I ordered an item and have now been charged 39.99 a month for the last 2 months. I disputed one at the bank and was refunded and now just got another charge. I finally found a phone number and canceled. Hopefully it worked. I did not sign up for a subscription.

CUSTOMER AGENT AT SOLO SOOTHE THEN TRIED TO HAVE ME ACCEPT A 40% REFUND . WHEN REFUSED THEY SAID 60% WHEN REFUSED THEN 70%. THEN 100% BUT ONLY FOR ONE MONTH (FEBRUARY). THEN WENT THROUGH SAME PROCESS REQUESTING REFUND FOR JANUARY 2025.

If I could give this company, the stars I would but it was not an option! Upon ordering a Christmas gift for my daughter, I was charged 3999 the following month for what they called a membership fee, I never signed up for a membership fee nor a membership fee listed under the item I ordered (It was a heating pad). When I called the company and complained, they said the best they could do was credit my account back 50%. I told them that that was against the law absolutely illegal to do in the United States! She then said OK will refund you the 3999 in 8 to 10 business days. I guess we’ll see if they actually come through with it. I will be alerting my credit card company as well a scam. Agreed, this is a total scam. Ordered 2 headphone headbands for a Chistmas Gift, headphones for which the order said would be received before Christmas, but actually took until January 8th. I noticed a charge on my credit card in January for the same amount as the headphones, thinking they didn't charge me for both in December. Then I notice the same charge in February and find out they signed my up for a subscription program which I never agreed to. Called today and insisted on a complete refund. First the rep says that I signed up but as a courtesy they can credit 50% of the last 2 months charges. I told them I needed 100% credit or I would just dispute it with my credit card company, then she instantly agrees to issue the full credit. We will see if they actually do or if I need to dispute the charge. DO NOT from this company.

Suspect scam strategy? I just received a notice from my credit card company that I was charged $39.99 for a “membership.” I did not sign up for this. I ordered one item (massager) from them in December. Big mistake. It didn’t work at all. I was glad I paid less than $40 because it would cost more in time & shipping to return the item.

How can this be legal? They need to be shut down. Such a scam when they charge you £39.99 subscription fee you never approved.

I never received a cervical pillow I ordered. They responded to the first email I sent notifying them of me not receiving my order, but have not responded to my follow up email restating the package is nowhere to be found. I don't think this is a legitimate company and I strongly recommend that no one should order from them.

I ordered the massage tool on Dec. 6, 2024. The online process said it would arrive within 4 - 8 business days.
I never arrived until Dec.30, 2024. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but was too late. I got a different gift for that person. When the package arrived, it did not have the company name on it. The return address was: GSERT GYYRS in Chicago, IL. I did not receive any response to my phone calls to 561-299-1035 as listed on my charge card statement. I did not receive an answer to my email sent to their company. Finally, on February 5, 2025, I called 513-229-9107 and talked to two different people about returning the unused massager and to get the $39.99 monthly charge cancelled. The 1st help person hung up on me, the 2nd person apologized that I called too late for a return, but she cancelled the monthly membership charge. Yes, this is a SCAM company.

This is 100% a scam. Do not purchase anything from them! Like many other customers reviews, I purchased a pillow, which was never received. I've continued to be billed for a monthly membership that I never signed up for. At this point my only option is filing a complaint with the credit card company and taking legal action.

Well l thought this was taken care of last month when they charged me $39.99 for a subscription l never signed up for or authorized!(my credit card was charged and my credit card company reimbursed me) well this month they charged my credit card for the $39.99 again! This company is a joke! They wont answer emails or cancel a subscription you never even signed up for! Now l have to call my credit card company file another dispute! First, it looks promising and that you are getting a good product from a reputable company. I wish I had thought to look up reviews. I got a neck soothing device. It took almost six weeks to get to me. It is cheaply made, cheap box, materials, you name it, and it doesn’t work at all. Such a rip off.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing a pillow from them. The pillow was poor quality and I attempted to return it within the 30 day window (per their advertised return policy). Just as others have expressed, I reached out multiple times through email and messaged them through their website and they never responded. Now after reading about similar experiences it looks like I will need to double check my credit card statement for some bogus membership charge. I hope this company is shut down for their fraudulent practices.
