I am posting here because Solvaderm will NOT post my review to their site (gave a one star there on the product). The Dermpura that is currently being sold as Dermpura, is NOT the Dermpura (foaming cleanser) that I used for 15 years. This is a cream based formula, whereas the original was foaming. There was no notice of new formula, or changing product, but it did. That shook my faith in the company ethics. I also noticed that the Eyevage is no longer a thicker yellow cream as it has been for 15 years, it is more of a creamy white, exactly like the Stemuderm cream. I do not have confidence that this company is keeping the same product ingredients, rather they are changing things without notifying the customer in some way (blurb "new or improved formula"). I will no longer be buying from Solvaderm even though their products are okay for mid range priced items, I found a product that is CLINICALLY proven to reduce wrinkles and it works. Expensive, but I'd rather do that than throw money away to a company that isn't being honest.

Ordered the sample kit with great results. Not so when I ordered the full size products! The Dermaxsol was the huge fail being extremely drying! Where's the moisturizer?? CS Rep is rude and acts like she's being bothered with any questions.
Remember that all returns are on your dime, trying to return this item would've cost me close to $20 uninsured!
I will not order through this same CS Rep....and she's the one I get every call I've made to Solvaderm.

It appears to be working when nothing has. I am still hopeful. I know I have to be patient as I am 71 years old and have accumulated many wrinkles!

I really love all the Soladerm products that I ordered in the starter kit. I have since ordered more and will continue to do so. Especially the tinted moisturizer and the lip balm and the eye serum have been real highlights for me. And I am someone with a vanity table full of high-end product so it takes a really high quality to impress me.

My email said 50% of (flash sale). It did not state that it was a bogo sale. When I am trying a new product, I do not like to buy 2 until I know it’s worthy. I found this this advertisement to be misleading!

I ordered the stemuderm, and it was supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free. Well, I only received 1. Please advisecdtatus.

The odor is unbearable! It also made red bumps on my face. I will have to return.

The smell of the Ace Ferulic was unbearable! I returned it and am waiting for my refund. Why it takes two weeks to receive I don't understand since Amazon does it in two days.

Even though i waited a little extra long to get the product, customer service was responding within 24 hours I now have the product and I absolutely love it.

Unlike other skin products, your products seem to be doing what you claim they do. Also, I never have to wait too long to receive them.
