My T1D is one of the most unique and beautiful pieces I own! I was so impressed with Libby’s customer service, as well. My necklace chain broke before I could wear it out of the house, and Libby replaced it (with a handwritten note) no questions asked. I will be keeping my eyes peeled for more pieces from Libby!

I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but couldn’t turn down getting a little insulin vial since they have kept me alive my whole life. I live in the US, so shipping was longer than the UK but still very timely and I received updates through the whole process. The piece itself is beautiful, simple, and dainty; exactly how I pictured it. I cried when I opened the box. 💛 Very pleased and will absolutely be telling my friends about it!

This handmade jewellery has gotten me through so many hard times. I wear it everyday now and every time I’m struggling with my eating disorder, intimidated by a plate of food in front of me, it gives me so much strength and courage. As soon as I saw the fibromyalgia necklace I knew I had to have it , and to find it was from a small business made it more important, I was very eager and messaged asking where my necklace was and received a loverly message so customer service was excellent , I havnt taken off my necklace yet I LOVE it.

After ordering a new released necklace (on a long bank holiday) I was please when it arrived so quickly! The necklace itself is absolutely stunning and so elegant. Libby, the owner has gone above and beyond to represent an invisible disability such as fibromyalgia. I will feel very proud as a fibro warrior to wear this piece.

Such a great jewellery brand !! I ordered Ro's bear necklace and it came in with a cute note and packaging (and it looks great). And when I had a problem with the delivery, Libby answered to my email really quicky and was happy to help - she's the kindest. So yeah, best customer service ever 🫶🏼

The jewellery is amazing and actually fits properly! I have small wrists and all bracelets are baggy but there’s so many clasp points they would fit any size, and they’re just gorgeous I wear them all everyday and no sign on wear and tear so it’s all very good quality as well.

Libby is such a good owner as well, always reaches out if there’s a delay and the orders have never taken a long time.

I ordered some gold hoop earrings for my daughters birthday. They arrived promptly & beautifully packaged. She loved them, thank you.

I am really delighted with the rose necklace I ordered and was impressed with the overall ordering/ delivery service . The fine chain had got knotted up and it took a while to untangle so maybe look at securing the chain so that it doesn’t slip out of the ‘ collar’ . It has not put me off wanting to order more of the lovely jewellery in the product range .
