It was well organized and made the journey feel effortless.The group was fantastic and everyone jel together.Every one was on time positive which made trip very special.
Our tour Manager VIVEK SHAH was special and made our trip unforgettable.He made sure that everyone enjoyed and experience each other’s company.VIVEK went over and beyond to sort out difficult situations more than one occasion.No challenge was too much for him.His experience came through to make sure that everyone enjoyed .
He was patient,organized,calm ,friendly and above all cool.He gave the group regular communication of the day.It was an amazing experience.Everyone was punctual and open minded so to make our wonderful memories special.VIVEK was an excellent tour Manager.We could have not

We had an excellent 12day holiday to Japan with Sona Tours and returned on Friday. We were a group of 38 and Vivek, the tour manager was excellent calm, patient and polite, The tour was well organised and everyday was a new adventure discovering another part of Japan. Vivek entertained us with different activities and games on the coach, kept us all on high. Vivek even organised a visit to Jain temple in Kobe which was amazing.
We really enjoyed the Kimona dressing up & Sushi making experience which was a lovely surprise from Sona Tours. Thank you. We have a lot to learn from Japanese culture, people & how they look after the environment
The group bonded very well ,became a very friendly and caring family..Had great entertainment and laughter on the coach.
The hotels were nice, vegetarian breakfast choices were limited. Dinners well organised but few times repetitive.

This was our 1st trip with Sona Tour .we really enjoyed it so much, and with a manger like Vivaldi we did not have to do any thing because he did everything thing for us we just have to get up in the morning and start the day. As he organised the day.Wr would recommend Sona Tour for people like us.

Unfortunately, there are no group tours without problems or unsatisfied people. The sign of a good tour manager is how you manage and diffuse the situation which you have done, Vivek and proved beyond doubt how good a tour manager you are. Good luck with your future plans and keep in touch.

We had two holidays with Sona tours and the Japan tour is the best. The tour manager Vivek is outstanding. He is calm, caring. Vivek created the atmosphere in the group so friendly that all the members felt like family. The indian dinners provided were very good. Overall the tour was great.

As our unforgettable 11-day Japan 🇯🇵 tour with Sona Tours comes to an end today evening, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for such a wonderful experience.
Travelling with a group of 38 people could have been overwhelming, especially as this was my very first organised tour. When we first met our tour manager Vivek at the airport, I was feeling quite anxious and nervous, although equally excited. From the moment he introduced himself to all of us, his warm personality and calm nature immediately made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
Over the next few days, our group bonded beautifully and soon felt like one big family. The entire tour was exceptionally well organised from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the beauty of Japan.
A very special thank you to Vivek, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire journey. He was humble, approachable, patient, diplomatic and always ready to help no matter the situation. Managing 38 different personalities for 11 days is not an easy task, yet he handled everything so gracefully and calmly. I genuinely cannot praise him enough for the care and effort he put into making sure every single person was happy and comfortable. He made the impossible possible. Like playing garba in a restaurant 😂

The food every day was absolutely delicious, and the surprise experiences arranged by Sona Tours, especially the Kyoto kimono dressing and sushi making were such delightful and memorable touches that made this trip even more special.
A big thank you as well to Akiko and Yoko, our lovely tour guides, who were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the tour. Also how can I forget the drivers, they were so caring and very safe drivers.
I also feel lucky to have shared this amazing journey with my bestie Vina by my side the entire time, making the memories even more precious.
Thank you Sona Tours for giving us memories that will stay with us forever. This trip was truly filled with laughter, friendship, beautiful sights and unforgettable experiences. I would highly recommend Sona Tours to anyone looking for a well-organised, enjoyable and stress-free holiday.

We was 38 people and no one knew to each each other but viveks lovely nature everything went so well vivek done everything for everyone in this tour he looked after everyone with his calm nature he is so professional manager that sona tour will never get a guy like Vivek hats off to vivek well organised tour food was fantastic every evening it’s not easy to look after 38 people in tour whereby no one knows each other but due to vivek he made it so easy that everyone got to know each other from day one i give all credits to vivek for handling this tour he explains everything nicely and correctly his messages in our group made it very easy for everyday journeys full marks to vivek and all the best for his future we call him a legend 🙏🙏

Chosen tour manager, Vivek was exceptionally good at his job. He went beyond his duties to accommodate a group of 38, who were aged from 60 to 82 years old, needs. He had also organised interaction activities which we were able to take part in and made the whole experience of this tour memorable. There was lots of laughs and humour. He kept us in loop with different days itineraries via messaging on the created whatsapp group every day. He is very patient. Thank you to Sona tours for organising this tour with good hotels and evening dinner restaurants.

The Japan May 2026 Tour organised by Sona Tours and led by Tour Manager, Vivek Shah was excellent. Vivek was attentive to everyone's needs and ensured all were comfortable at all times. He made it a very enjoyable trip for all, involving all, getting each one connected. The tour itinerary itself although very hectic, was also very fun. We covered a lot in the 9 days. All of the hotels were good with the last 2 being exceptional. The Indian Dinners organised daily specially for the vegetarians was excellent. And also for some vegans and Jains. The additional surprise items to the itinerary were welcomed and enjoyed by all - the Kimono wearing, Sushi making. These made it a great Japanese experience. Thank You Sona Tours, thank you Vivek Shah for making it a fun and enjoyable trip, making memories.

Trip was amazing. The company gave us information before the trip to make sure we were prepared in what to expect. It wasn't all needed but could have been.

Our Tour Manager (DJ) went over and beyond on more than one occasion. No challenge was been too much for him.

His experience came through to make sure that we all enjoyed ourselves. He was patient, well organised, and led the group well with regular communication

He took care of each and everyone one us to help meet our individual needs.

We had so many opportunities to have a variety of amazing experiences ( all we had to do was be punctual and open minded) so that we could make our wonderful memories.
He made it all special for us and his joy and enthusiasm shone through.

We had a wonderful time away with Sonatours seeing the tulips in Holland.
Our guides, Vivek, Bill and captain were all amazing during our time there. They were friendly and helpful.
The hotels and food was all brilliant.
We fully recommend using them again for future tours.
They made my few days away extra special whilst I was celebrating my special birthday too.

My husband and I went to Amsterdam to experience the beautiful tulip gardens. We had a lovely time. Vivek our tour guide was excellent. He explained as we went along and was very easy going.
I was not happy with the dinners arranged by Sona Tours. They need to look into this a little more.

Sona tours:- Trip to tulips experience was great and we enjoyed it. The tour guide Vivek was professional in his job and was very kind and helpful. The captain and his assistant were also very helpful.
I would certainly recommend Sona tours to my friends.

Tour manager Vivek 5*. He is very good tour guide. He is calm friendly and entertaining.The driver Captain drove very well.5* for great fun and we felt like big family. For Tulip experience we had a very less time. Advice would be start one hour early for longer distance. First hotel and restaurant was good but second hotel was not that good. Second restaurant food was not good at all taste and poor quality.Are you not checking before selecting restaurant? Definitely needs to be improved.

5* Vivek, he has a excellent tour guide skill. He was calm, friendly and entertaining.
5* The Captain our bus operator was great. He drove well and was very alert.
5* for great fun, laughters and socialising with fellow travellers which at the end of the journey felt like we had become one big family. This was the best part of the holiday.
4* for excursions. Brussels, Atomium photo stop, Tulip Keukenhof, Tulip Experience and Amsterdam Lovers boat ride. Some of the distance to excursion were far and with the traffic and toilet breaks lead to shorter time to enjoy the place. Advice would be to start 1 hr early to have a bit longer breaks and account into any unexpected delays along the routes.
3.5* Hotels. Both hotels weren't 4* quality but good enough for sleep and breakfast.
3* dinner restaurants. Both were below expected standards. Company representatives need to vet the restaurant beforehand.
Overall everyone had a great time and holiday. Thank you Sona Tours🙏

We had a memorable & wonderful experience. Tourguide Vivek was ability to make everyone feel included as family whether it was answering questions or offering food and helpful throughout the tour made the trip more enjoyable. Thank you to Sonatour for such a memorable experience.

Trip was well organised and we enjoyed our time very much.

The tour guide Vivek was extremely good and helpful. He was pleasant and kept the atmosphere high and cheerful.

The hotel on the first day was very lovely however the second hotel was not that good.

Also, the food was not great at all - definitely needs to be improved.
We are again travelling with Sona Tours 19th July to US and we hope the food organisation and quality is much better. And we expect the hotels to be better.

This was my first time on an all‑India tour, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Ajay and the local guides kept everything running smoothly, even with a hectic schedule that still felt manageable. What really made the trip special was the group — strangers at the start, family by the end. The hotels were excellent, and most of the evening restaurants were great (apart from the Italian one). I’d definitely recommend this tour and would consider booking with Sona again.
