I love this place, even though a lot of items for some reason won’t ship to my address (I’m in the uk up north in Newcastle) They always reply to my messages with such kindness. I managed to find one single item that could ship to me, I didn’t realise it was a pre order item so again I apologise for emailing when I should have just read the description!! I think what’s even more beautiful is they write your name in Korean, and with myself learning hangul I could read it straight away which I loved!! Thankyou, you beautiful family. Your business means everything to the Kpop fans!! Xxx

I was honestly terrified to buy off of soojib since i had never previously heard of it but i am so incredibly happy that i took that risk. I had been trying my hardest to find zerobaseone plushies and when i finally found them on here i thought it genuinely was a scam but now i have my gyunini with the zeroni tag and wakeone sticker on the packaging to show that its the official merch and i am so so happy. I will definitely be being from soojib again for more kpop merch since it took 3-4 days to arrive after purchasing. EXTREMELY fast if you ask me considering it came from korea and i live in sweden plus the prices were so good lol. So incredibly happy, i love you soojib 🙏

I ordered the Illit Not Cute Anymore album at the end of the Black Friday sale. The estimated dispatch was early December but I wasn't worried when it didn't arrive by then since most preorders take a while. I got concerned when I saw on a review from the product page that someone received theirs on Dec 19th (now removed) so I emailed on the 5th and a few hours later I was alerted that a tracking label had been made. I received an official response from the team and a shipping update on the 7th, and it arrived today.

I don't mind that it arrived after a month, especially since everyone deserves to take a break over the holiday period, but I think there should be better communication (updating the estimated dispatch on the product page and sending an email saying that there will be a break from order processing due to the holidays). I had had no update about my order until I emailed. When I emailed directly, the response time was good and the issue was resolved quickly. Based off of this and others having no issues, I'm wondering if my order was accidentally missed which led to the delay & lack of communication.

My other issue is smaller since I don't think it is entirely the fault of Soojib and it probably occurred during shipping, but the clear pouch of the album was split down the right side upon arrival. I think this is largely due to the poor quality of the pouch, but it was packaged in a large envelope with one layer of thin bubble wrap, so there wasn't much to protect it.

Overall, this experience wouldn't dissuade me from purchasing from the site again, but I will be more cautious when ordering delicate items.

Got the SKZ it tape ‘do it (do ver)’ and it was great, in perfect condition and arrived quite quickly. Would order off again - I face I’ve pre-ordered Enhypen’s new album ‘The Sin:Vanish’. Looking forward to receiving that one too. :)))

Whole experience with the company was amazing. Preordered 4 different items on 2 seperate orders, updates and communication were on point. There ended up being a delay on the manufacturing end but Soojib kept me updated as much as they could. Cant wait to order again.
