Wrong item received
Just received my order and I've just received the wrong item I was supposed to receive NCT Dream Beat it up digi pack Mark version with POB but I got ISTJ digi pack Mark Version. With it being a Christmas present too that's now being spoilt because I know have no way of trying to get the right one! I'm actually really disappointed in this service!
However this finally been sorted out and with additional pob as well, what I do appreciate is that they have taken accountability in this error!

Black Friday order! I got two albums a chen album & a plave album, skzoo dwaekki keyring, exo fortune card set and 2 free lucky dip pcs too!! So happy with everything i got!! 🥰 Two of the items i got are Christmas gifts for a friend so i’m happy my order came just in time for Christmas!! Yay!! And I know they are gonna love what i got them!! 🥰 So happy with the lucky dip pcs and it’s amazing that you get two pcs plus they were free (part of Soojib’s Black Friday Deal)!! I chose nct dream Jaemin as he is my bias in dream and i didn’t have any of his pcs but now i have two and two very cute ones at that!! 🥹💖 Came quick after being shipped and items were well packaged!! Worth the Wait for K-Pop Fans
I had a positive overall shopping experience with this K-pop online retailer. They have a large selection of albums from various boy and girl groups, making it simple to find what you're looking for in one location. Delivery took longer than expected, but I'm not sure if the holiday rush impacted shipping. However, all of the albums arrived in perfect condition, with no damage at all. Despite the delay, I would still recommend shopping with them and would place another order in the future.

Bought an ateez album and seonghwa photocard for my girlfriend for xmas. The company is great even though the album had to be cancelled, they were so honest and helped through the refund process and the photocard arrived in perfect condition. Was sceptical at first but will definitely buy again as they're customer support is one of the best <3

I ordered a few Twice albums from the Black Friday sale. I love them all so much! The order came nicely packaged in a box and came relatively fast. I also received some extra items which I didn't think I'd get! I had a great experience with Soojib and I will buy again! :D

Bought this for my sister as a Christmas present. Normally you’d think a duffle bag would be of a decent size. This thing is smaller than my iPhone Pro Max, and for £33? I generally feel robbed. I know the size is down the bottom of the page, but realistically if you’re buying a duffle bag you don’t tend to look at the sizing as a duffle bag is a bag, you’d expect it to be big enough to at least fit your wallet and keys in surely?

We have checked our entire database. While we do have customers with your name, we have absolutely no record of a Victoria Williams who purchased an item for £33.
2. Failure to Verify:
To assist you, we sent an official request via Trustpilot on Dec 15th asking for your order number, but we received no response.
Since you admitted that the size was clearly listed on the page ("down the bottom of the page") and our records do not show a matching transaction for £33, we believe you may have reviewed the wrong store by mistake.

Hello, the was my frist time using soojib and I don't think I'd be using it again unfortunately.
I ordered twice and both my orders got cancelled.
And soojib customer service asked me to use a different card so I did and my order got refunded.
Unfortunately I don't know if it's just me or if it does happen to many people but I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

We want to clarify that we did not manually cancel your orders.
Your orders (#17229, #16227) were automatically flagged and cancelled by Shopify's security system immediately after being identified as "High Risk of Fraud."
Shopify’s global fraud protection system triggers this automatic cancellation to prevent unauthorized card usage and protect cardholders. As merchants, we have no control over this automated process when a transaction is marked as high risk.
A full refund was processed automatically at the same time.
Please understand that this was a mandatory automated security measure by the platform to ensure a safe payment environment.
