First class service, from the online booking, to the efficient messaging to inform me of the driver’s approaching arrival and the politeness and helpfulness of the driver made the whole experience a great pleasure.

First time I have ever ordered a skip and the team were very helpful as I wasn’t to sure on sizes. Ordered 8 yard skip (for garden project waste) over the phone. They confirm by text when they are on the way and delivered on time. I needed the filled skip collected and replaced with an empty one and again all very efficient service and arrived on time. I will definitely use Reston Waste again.

I've used a few skip companies over the years, and most recently chose Reston - because the price was actually the best I could find, I can order online, and I'd used before a few years back. I was really impressed this time; SMS notification before arrival is great, drivers really friendly and courteous, and being able to book exchange & pickup on the portal + seeing a report of where my waste went. Also, they fitted in an exchange for me, same-day, which was great.

Love them!!! Their standard is tip top 10/10. I order about 30 skips from them, and they never failed. I can proudly compare them to Amazon, with their outstanding customer service, prompt communication, and easy orders. You just tell them, what you want and they do it without any fuss. Absolutely worth your money, would recommend to anyone. Skips are always on time and they send you messages after you make the order, when driver leaves the branch and even show you a picture of a full skip after.
