Organising a personalised tour with Simone from SA Travel was so easy. She contacted me by phone straight away and then replied promptly to all our emails and made any changes we wanted. Booked a tour in Argentina with SA and was assisted by Jason. He took lot of care arranging the trip and was so patient as I changed several time the schedule.
Unfortunately I could only spend few days in Argentina as I had to interrupt my trip there and rush back to Italy due to family issues.
Jason and his team supported me a lot through all the refunding process, showing care and promptness in their feedbacks.
I give 5 stars to the outstanding customer service!
For sure I will book others trips with them in the future.

From the first phone call we had with Mike Bonnet at South America Travel we were sure we were in good hands! We visited 6 cities in Argentina in 19 days this January and the trip was everything we hoped it would be. The tours were all good, we had several outstanding guides, the hotels were what we told Mike we wanted and the transfers we always on time. Behind the scenes and during the trip they seamlessly handled a change in hotel when the original had a plumbing issue and another day a change to a slightly different tour to make sure that we were on time for a flight change that was out of their hands. Very professional in all ways and we will - and already have - recommend Mike and South America Travel. We hope to travel with them again soon!

Mike Bonnet arranged a brilliant itinerary for our South America holiday, including wonderful guides who enriched our experience with their knowledge and care. The 24/7 emergency back up was also superb and when one of our flights was cancelled by the airline, South America travel sorted everything out for us.
I cannot fault this company, and will be using them again for future travel. I will be recommending them to everyone !

Everything worked like clockwork and S American travel was super about communicating throughout.

Mike was extremely easy to work with, found great hotels, tours and restaurants.

Mike Bonnett was receptive and listened to what our interests were for our trip to Argentina. Every question I asked he responded quickly and thoughtfully. Our trip was custom designed for our family. All the tours were wonderful and the hotels were perfect. He gave us suggestions of what we could do in our own that would free up some of the tours so we could go into greater details of the cities with the guides. I would absolutely use Mike again!

Our trip was perfect from beginning to end. Our travel agent, Mike Bonnett, was very helpful with arranging and planning our trip. He was readily available to answer any concerns or questions.
Every pickup on our trip was on time. All the guides and drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. All the hotels were very nice and top quality. We especially liked Zero hotel in Valparaiso, Chile. We also really enjoyed our trip to the organic vineyard, Emiliana, in Chile.
The cruise on Stella Australis was excellent despite the weather (which is not unusual in that part of the world). The crew was very well trained in helping older passengers on and off the zodiacs for daily excursions.
I have already recommended SouthAmerica.travel to friends and will continue to do so. I will definitely use this company for any future travels to South America.
