Fabulous solar and battery system installation
We've just had a 16 panel (across two roofs) and 15.6kWh battery system installed by South East Solar & Electrical, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish - and a really good price with the Switch Together scheme. The installation is very tidy, and everything's working flawlessly. Particular shout-out to Cam the electrician, who was super friendly and helpful. One part (the battery junction box) wasn't available at the depot on installation day, so he left us with the rest of the system fully working, and then came back for 7am the next working day to get the last part installed and the system fully commissioned (even though he was travelling all the way from Kent to Cambridge!). Couldn't be more pleased with the whole process.

I really cannot speak highly enough of South East Solar & Electrical. We had a 10 panel system fitted with battery and process from start to finish has been so simple. Installation from Cam (electrician) was so good. Came up with a plan so that we could get the battery out of the way and went the extra mile in order that we were completely satisfied. Ronnie and Jamie (roofers) fitted the panels quickly and tidily. All were so friendly. Everything had been seamless from initial contact, plans, survey, pricing and installation. Really cannot fault in any way. Many thanks.

Excellent company and service
Excellent company and service from the back office staff through to the survey and install teams. Communicative and helpful with no question unanswered. There was a slight hiccup during install but the measure when these things happen isn't usually the mistake itself but how it is dealt with and on that front I couldn't have been happier. Should anyone be wondering if these guys are right for them I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and have already done so.

A very happy customer!
We had a visit from a technical guy before signing up. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make the decision to go ahead with the solar panels.
Everything was organised exceptionally well
Scaffolding erected a couple of days before the installation. Installation took a day and after that we were up and running!

Very happy with my recent solar install. Smooth process from start to finish. Good workmanship with tidy cabling and full clean at the end. There was an issue with one of the panels but the team returned next day with a replacement. Particular shoutout to Cam the electrician who we felt went above and beyond with the installation, and ensured everything was left neat and tidy.

Battery installation
Ewan completed our battery installation. He contacted us early in the day to advise us when we should expect him so that we didn't have to hang around all day. The installation went smoothly and the property was left clean and tidy. He guided us through use of the app going forward. I would recommend this company.

Excellent from start to finish!
From start to finish - our whole experience has been excellent. From Stephanie in the office to Brad (today’s electrician) we cannot fault the service we have received. Today in particular, Brad worked non stop in the heat of our loft and the 27’ outdoor heat, retained his sense of humour throughout, despite starting at 6am at the depot, arriving in Cambridge at 8:30 and not leaving our property until after 6pm. The standard of his work was excellent! Thank you!

The whole experience was excellent
The whole experience was excellent. the fitters of the scaffold arrived on time and did a very efficient job.
The Engineers Coming to fit the solar panels and all the electrical components arrived on time and did a very good job, they set up the app' on my mobile phone and showed me how to use the basic controls, the system is working very well, better than I expected.
All in all an excellent experience.
I would thoroughly recommend South East Solar and Electrical. Thank you.

Excellent service throughout, kept fully informed of process. Appointments made promptly and installation carried out in very professional manner. Minor issue with upgrade of Fox App but sorted promptly. Very reasonable price done through collective bargaining scheme through Suffolk County Council.

Excellent Service & Quality Work
The whole solar experience with South East Solar & Electrical from first quote to initial survey, when I changed my requirements on a couple of occasions, to install was first class. Every time I rang, the office staff were polite and dealt promptly with my questions, with good email communication. I highly recommend them, so pleased with my solar & battery set up all working well.
