I booked a 30 minute session to work on some tense lower back and hamstring muscles. The atmosphere was really nice and I was offered a complementary tea after the massage had ended. Liliana and the other members of staff were excellent too.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Zina after a very intense exam season, balancing two months of studying alongside swimming and training, and it was exactly what I needed. Honestly, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Zina was incredibly professional, made me feel completely relaxed, and managed to work through all the tension and tightness I’d built up over the last few months. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better. Highly recommend!

Spa and Massage is a beautiful, tranquil oasis in the heart of Chiswick with quality client attention. Age-old aches became history thanks to Victor. The selection of masseurs / masseuses is a great feature and it's a USP to have a choice of who provides your treatment. I literally went from mere crumpled human to pliant goddess! So if you feel you owe your body some tlc, this is the place. Highly recommended.

I have bought 25X60min, each time when I get service, I'm very satisfied. So far I did not get disappointed, because for me the quality of massage and specialist spotting the areas where I suffer a lot is way more important than spa location and staff. In general, I get here nice set up in rooms to relax, tea, smiling personals and experienced therapists who can approach your issues professionally.

I had a great massage by at the Chiswick branch by Jalena, which was partially a relaxation massage but she felt the tension in my body and advised I need some deep tissue work. She was absolutely right as I felt like I was walking on air at the end of it. I have not had a massage for many years as I did not feel any different in the past but this experience was different and I will definitely be implementing regular visits here into my life. I have since sent my loved ones as gifts as I cannot think of a better way to treat someone than the feeling you get walking out of there. The customer service is also excellent.

Had the most fantastic massage from Irena this week. Have booked with other therapists in the past who were all fantastic too, this was probably my sixth visit to this location and it is always something I look forward to in between being very busy with work. I find it affordable enough that it can be semi-regular treat.

She always manages to find and work out all my knots, leaving me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better afterwards. She's attentive, professional, and takes the time to make sure you're comfortable throughout the treatment.

The place is very professional with a relaxed environment and they welcoming you very well. My deep tissue massage session with Adriana was great and she catched all the points which were hurting me. Will definitely book again another massage session.
