I have been coming here for years and I have always had the best experience. The new Chiswick High Road location is stunning. You are greeted warmly and offered a tea or water and the surroundings are so calming. Special shout out goes to Dani and Duncan, as they are absolutely brilliant at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Every time I come here it’s absolutely incredible!! I always get a 60min deep tissue massage and it never disappoints, no matter the masseuse! Also the massage package deals are well worth it and such a nice treat at a fantastic price. So sorry I can’t remember names of every masseuse I’ve had but a few shoutouts below…

Had the best deep tissue massage with Maggie!! One of the best massages I’ve ever had and couldn’t recommend more. Maggie was incredible and made me feel so comfortable, focusing on areas I had tension in from my office job. Thank you!

Booked a one hour sports massage which was great. Therapist used the perfect amounts of pressure and hit all the target areas. Will be back again!

I’ve been using Spa & Massage in Richmond for a few years now. It’s always a high quality massage and great value for money. The employees are all lovely and take the time to listen to your needs. Ideal location in Richmond town centre.

We had a massage in Richmond spa and massage. The environment is calm and pleasing. Staff there are very friendly and helpful. The massage therapists are great at their job.

I have been a long standing customer of spa & massage. The front of house staff were so incredibly warm and welcoming, they made me feel relaxed. Ayzada did my treatment today and was so attentive and explained everything she was doing. I left feeling so relaxed thank you for such an incredible treatment.

First time visit to Spa and Massage in Chiswick today. First impressions were great with a clean and modern reception. This continued into the smart massage rooms. I booked Ben and he was as so friendly and professional. He quickly identified my problem areas of back and shoulders and got to work with a firm and professional session. After one hour I felt so much better. The massage was pretty strong but I knew I needed heavy kneading and pressure point releases were important. The end result was a very positive experience and good value for money. I wished I had had a longer session and I immediately bought additional sessions. I also would like to be in the area more regularly to make this a frequent visit. Many thanks Ben and team.

I had a really good aromatherapy massage with Ben at the Turnham Green spa. The massage helped me a lot as I’d been having problems with a calf and thigh muscle and Ben really eased out the tension. Very relaxing atmosphere with welcoming and professional staff. I’m looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks.

Always had a good experience at spa and massage. The staff are lovely and always make me feel welcomed, and I always feel sooo relaxed after having a massage. They also offer some herbal teas before/after which is a super nice touch and shows their hospitality!
