This is the first time I have used Space General and I went for a more robust clothes rack. The product is sturdy and perfect for our needs. Delivered on time as promised. I have kept a note of their details and I will go back to them when a need arises.

Excellent addition to my bedroom.
Wanted this ottoman mainly as a window seat plus storage was an added bonus. Checked out others online which were cheaper but smaller but wanted something solid and the 300kg weight swayed me. Others on the market were 120kg. Not that im big but if you have a couple of people sitting it then good to know its solid. Arrived within a few days after ordering and so easy to pop up, put the lid on and voilà. Very impressed and good to know I'm supporting a NZ business.

Excellent shoe storage option
Really happy with these shoe storage boxes. Easy to put together. Firm front and back panels make a firm structure for stacking. I was able to fit 2 pairs of shoes in some of the boxes, depending on shoe style.
Easy to see what is where and the doors are easy to open.

Great selection and fast delivery
Great selection and fast delivery, even to our rural location! We are slowly giving our house a makeover and finding neat ways to store things effectively and without too much expense in our small house. Once, I had a defect with my order, and it was rectified with no issues or hassle at all. We have since ordered a few times now and consistently experienced great service.

Ladder shelf
Really easy to put together. Sturdy.
Really wish you had these a bit narrower. They would be used in our house more if they came in 500 or less.

I wasn't happy that the filing cabinet I bought does not fit A4, but only letter sized files. In a country where we use A4 only, I feel this should have been disclosed.
