Amazing Product
My husband bought his Spade & Co smartwatch first. When I saw how easy the set up was & that it had everything from heart rate to sleep quality information, I decided to buy myself one. I love having everything at my fingertips to help me have a healthier life.

I love the products from this company. The watch is fantastic...better than my friend's Apple watch.It does everything except wash the dishes for me. I've just ordered my 3rd leather wristband in different colors.
The fact that I don't have to take it off when I'm in the pool is a big plus.

The watch was at a great price. It is light weight and the battery does last a long time. I like the way the end of the band folds under the band. The information given has so far been accurate. I was so happy and pleased with this purchase that I bought a second one for my mother.
Rapid response
Rapid response, though I am "tech challenged" my representative was very clear on the actions I could take to remedy my issue. This is about the 3rd time I have had to address a problem since purchasing my watch approx one year ago. Most issues were "on me" but were promptly addressed. I couldn't be more pleased!!

Spade and Co. has the finest customer service I have ever experienced! My husband has a Smartwatch 4, which he likes a lot but we never could get the weather to give an accurate temperature reading. I contacted them, and Trisha gave me some things to try, staying in contact with me as we tried to work through this issue. Then the new firmware update came out and voila!!! the problem was fixed. I have nothing but high praise for this company!
Better than Fitbit!
I’ve had the spade&co smart watch for about a month.
It holds a charge for about a week. I thought the watch might be too big on my wrist, but I don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable. I can see screen, brightness and size. I love that the wake gesture “pauses” at night. I had to get used to pushing the button on the side to see the time if I woke up in the middle of the night. There are so many features yet to discover. So far, so good!

Love my watch
Love my watch! I purchased a green sport band which I find extremely comfortable.
I also purchased a leather band which is extremely uncomfortable! It is so stiff it barely bends.
I use my smartwatch daily
I use my smartwatch daily. I wear it to the gym, on walks, and for daily activities. I sleep with it to help monitor my sleep, which has improved significantly. I programmed it to help me with daily water intake. This is my 2nd smart watch; the first was destroyed in an X-ray incident. Thank you for this excellent product, I will order again.
My experience is very positive
My experience is very positive. I order the watch and gift ear buds and found out that while I liked the watch I failed to realize that it did not have one of the apps that my old health watch 2 had. Was going to return it but they made a way for me to keep it and enjoy the benefits that it offered. And I do like the watch a lot. I have had issues with the ear buds not holding a charge. Even tho they were free they replaced them. Unfortunately the second pair is suffering the same issue. Does not hold a charge. But that is ok they have been great to work with.
Does all I need it to.
Works very well especially love the sleep monitor and O2 sensing. I had to buy different band however as I have sensitive skin. Also needed a band I could slip over my hand as closing a clasp was difficult for me.

I was amazed that the battery actually…
I was amazed that the battery actually lasted 10 days easy to use it features. Only thing I'm missing is the blood pressure feature.
Great watch
I ordered a band for my watch and it came with a tool to use to remove links if necessary. The tool came broke so I contacted the company and was told I would have to take it to a jeweler since they don't sell the tool only. At least I got a response even though it wasn't the best solution in my opinion. Other than that I love the watch and the customer service is helpful.

The Health Watch 4 is fantastic!
The Health Watch 4 is a fantastic value, and performs better than I had anticipated. The Very Fit app interfaces wonderfully, is very easy to use, and tracks/provides a wide variety of health information. The battery lasts for more than 10-12 days which is phenomenal! I was a Fitbit user for 10 years, and didn't want to switch brands, but am very happy I did. I love this watch! Thank you Spade &Co!

Connection issues to my phone.
