Spark Solar provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The installation was extremely smooth, and the entire team was highly professional, efficient, and clearly very competent.

A special mention to Mark Graham, who was outstanding throughout the process - very helpful, knowledgeable, and always clear in his communication.

I also appreciated that the referral payment was handled properly. When there was an issue with the battery, the team was proactive and quick to respond, keeping me informed and working towards a solution without delays.

Overall, a very positive experience with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Spark Solar to anyone considering solar installation.

Everything was first rate. The salesman was excellent and explained how everything worked as well as the features of the system. Booking was easy and the installation was completed ahead of schedule.

The sales department were very good but the after sales is not as efficient. I am having to chase to try and get anything to happen

Very professional and friendly from start to finish. They explained everything and turned up on time to do the work. All the staff were dedicated to getting on with the job and obviously had pride in their work. My property was respected fully and they tidied up everywhere and took all packaging away. It is very reassuring to find a company that operates so well. I have had bad experiences with other companies in the past, but Spark Solar were fantastic and have given me great confidence in their company. Would recommend them to others 100%.

The system they provide is very expensive compared to others. Pays to do research which I didn't I'm sorry to say. Felt pressured to buy on the spot as told 'discount' was time limited.

The installation team were sound guys too, they were contracted in to do the work. So you might not always get the same caliber of service.

Great experience from start to finish. I will admit I went in a bit wary and not fully sold on solar panels (this was definitely more my other half’s idea!), but Mark’s sales approach really won me over. The presentation was clear, informative, and tailored to us, which made a big difference. Mark himself was really easy to deal with, approachable, and always available on his mobile whenever we had questions.

The installation went smoothly. The lead electrician from LJM was great, talking us through everything as he went and discussing options with us, especially as our battery location was a bit of a tight squeeze! The scaffolding was also sorted quickly and taken down the next day, so it was only up for less than a week.

After installation, everything felt well organised. We had a follow- up call offering a hamper, which was a really nice touch, along with all the emails for completion and finance.

And then the best bit… day one of seeing the “magic sun fairies” powering the house for free - amazing! You do quickly become glued to the app and start side eyeing any clouds that come near.

We are just waiting on the final documents to switch to a solar tariff, and then we are all set!

Great guys who worked most efficiently and provided running commentary at every step of the installation. The lead engineer provided a good explanation of the set up and, in particular, the app and laptop. Very pleased with the guys from LJM Solutions. They tidied up and left our place clean. Just looking forward to the scaffolding coming down.
