Only issue was that they soon ran out of stock of expanded cork, all thicknesses, but presumably that's because so many customers choose to buy from them.
Very happy to recommend them.

Straightforward; quick; well packed.
The selection and ordering process was straightforward and easy to navigate.
Ordered late morning, packages arrived early next day.
The cork roll (cork=soft and easily damaged) was well packed, as was everything else, and arrived pristine.
I couldn't have done better if the shop was round the corner and I'd got it myself.

Found this company having discovered that some nurseries are moving to using cork granules as an eco alternative to perlite and vermiculite, both for topping seed trays etc (good for insulation and protecting from moss growth) and mixing into compost.

Great Experience
Rang SPD to get some advice about using cork for insulating a small room that has 3 walls exposed to the outside and therefore is extremely cold in the winter. The team that I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Offered to send out some free samples so that I could see the differences between the options that I was considering which arrived a short time later.
Placed an order before 2pm on Friday (which I expected to come on the Monday) but it was already delivered by the time I came home later that afternoon (left safely with a neighbour).
The cork product itself (3mm self adhesive cork sheets) was super easy to stick on to the walls if you have prepared the walls well first and the smell disappeared within a day of airing out the room. I am not sure yet how effective it is (I applied 2 layers of the insulation) as the weather has turned somewhat warmer since installing the cork. However, I am very pleased with the ease of the project and ability to work with the product.
