Excellent service from SPD. Despite their couriers poor performance resulting in non delivery and then loss of my order. Becky at SPD very quickly scheduled a new delivery using a different courier and my order was delivered on date promised.

Due to a technical issue I inadvertently ordered twice, Becky in the office could not have been nicer, or more helpful. She immediately sorted the problem out and issued a refund.
The flooring arrived as expected, well packaged and prompt.

The self adhesive cork tiles mount well, with good adhesion, as well as easy to trim to size.
This is the second time I have bought from them, and am as pleased this time as I was last time. I will definitely buy from them again.

Edge of roll damaged at both ends.
Edge of roll damaged both ends but was able to repair by cutting pieces in and glueing in place, not sure if it left the factory in this condition or caused in transit, if the latter was to blame i would suggest placing some protective packaging at the roll ends as the thin cardboard box offers no protection.

Damage to boards
Noticed several boot marks on the packaging and something has pierced the cardboard. Have only just opened packaging as I was awaiting a frame. The quality of the boards is good as expected. However, both boards have been pierced right through. Fortunately, I will be able to conceal the damage. Need to have a word with your couriers.
