Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners, with alternative collection options such as lockers or PAXI pickup points available for certain locations. Once an order is dispatched, customers receive tracking information so they can follow their parcel. Customer service is central to our business. We aim to provide accurate product information, clear order updates and practical assistance before and after every purchase. Where an item becomes unavailable, we contact the customer and offer suitable alternatives or a refund where appropriate.
