If I could score lower I would!
I placed a $250 order (including the expedited shipping fee) for a variety of items for an anniversary. An initial order to try the site, see how they do with my first order. I wanted to try several types of pieces for sizing as well as model the pieces for my significant other.
Per the site, it’s 2-4 days for processing PLUS 2-3 days for shipping. Per the snarky response from Raquel in customer service, it can be 5-7 days to process PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 2-3 days shipping time.
So, in actuality there is no reason to pay anything for shipping as there is no expedient service. A customer has no idea what the processing time may be. It could be 2-7 days. If you’re planning anything, it’s an issue. Next, charges for shipping: if I am paying for 2-3 day delivery, I am expecting 2-3 days for delivery! Max of 3-4 days. Overnight delivery charges are ridiculous plus waiting a week or longer when you’re expecting a day to two days — forget it!

Don’t waste your time or money. There is enough variety on the market to shop elsewhere. I opted into Fenty’s lingerie today after seeing my order still in limbo on Spicy’s website, so thank you Spicy Lingerie for reminding me that labels are worth it!

I placed my order on June 18th received on June 27th. Their items aren't what they are worth, quality is subpar. I placed an order with priority shipping and it took a very long time to get here. Their website states it can take up to 4 business days to ship which they fully took advantage of and one day to process the items. Priority mail takes 2-3 days but it really means 2-3 business days so if it's shipped out on a Friday it really won't take 2-3 days but really 4 days. I emailed them stating that I received the items late and their response was very snotty. The free items were also very cheap, yes they were free but reminded me of what a dollar store would sell if they sold lingerie.

Bought 2 Snow White costumes in September and couldn’t get my money back when I was going to return them because they were considered “costumes.” So I was stuck with $99 store credit. Finally bought 2 dresses with my credit 8 months later. Got one dress and it was horrendous and the other one didn’t come and they said “will ship in 2-4 weeks because it’s out of stock.” I went to go return the dress I got and the return policy is so specific, making you write on paper asking for refund or exchange, package it perfectly, has to be within 7 days of delivery and they make you pay for return fee. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

They have great prices and best selection! We been return to this store few times and by far the products arrive quickly and their free offering gifts are all very nice. We also receive a extra 15% code by email and it comes with free swim and free bra!!! We will be back again to shop more very often!

They took almost a week to mail my EXPEDITED order! I paid extra and still got it too late. I do not recommend them. Customer service was rude and refused to help get me my order faster.

I love my new corset! Rather expensive, but it's perfect. It took a little too long for the order to go through, but once it was out for delivery, I got it within 2 days. So overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

Returns are for STORE CREDIT "ONLY" on certain items. I found this out after returning items and do not like this policy.

I will just order from YANDY.COM in the future. They have always given me full refunds.

Purchased the priority shipping back Sept 23rd it is now Sept 29th. Was told that priority only guarantee is that after they ship it and not before. So if it takes 2 months for them to ship it you wasted your money on priority shipping.

They show 2-3 day and overnight shipping when you order. You pay for that but they don't ship for up to 7 days. They don't really tell you that and they hide behind a phrase " when it leaves our warehouse." Be aware when you buy.

I ordered on August 25, 2022. It is now September 6, 2022 and package has not even been shipped yet. Nothing shows special order items and I was already charged for full amount so nothing is on back order. I ordered a few weeks in advance of my trip thinking I would have these items but clearly they don’t follow their own processing times and do whatever they want. Shady business practices. I will shop at Yandy from now on since you get your items within a week of purchasing. They have no issue taking my money immediately but can deliver when promised.

Bad customer service!
Very disappointing and I will never recommend this online store to anyone.

First off, here's a clue these are scam artists
1: Ontario is in Canada not the U.S

2: The package they sent me was still new and the package itself was new but busted AF and poor.
If you've ever owned a pair of any type of Pleaser shoe then you know that they only make quality and only from quality 100% vegan materials. The soles weren't even sanded a bit and scored at all.. that's how I now know Spicy Lingerie will sell you fake items. I'm not even gonna press them for a refund, their broke **ses need a punitive $50 more.

Bought a bra and pantie set for my fiancee based upon a pic at their online store We were both excited until they arrived/ The quality of the material was absolutely atrocious. The workmanship looked like it was sewn by
an 8 year old , Considering the fact that lingerie cannot be returned and the prices they charge, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they are deceiving the consumer on purpose.

Terrible. Takes them 10 business days to ship a package!

This was my first time buying on the website. I decided to make a purchase back in November 2021 for some robes. These were intended for my bridesmaid for my wedding in 2022. It is now February 2022 and I have yet to receive my full order. I have emailed and called customer service and there is still no ETA. Also, after 16 weeks if they haven’t sent the rest my pending order they will just cancel it. So if you have a special event coming up take into consideration that you might not get your order in full. It’s quite the inconvenience. In my case I will have to repurchase all the robes somewhere else so they can match. I hope no one else has to experience the same.

Ordered for Valentine's Day on the second. A week goes by and it still hasn't even been processed so they couldn't get me my order in time. What a joke. Complete waste of time. Make sure you are willing to wait 3 weeks to get your stuff.

Me and my wife needed her to have the lingerie for an event within a week. I chose 2-3 day shipping, and they don’t tell you that it takes 2-4 days for them to process the order first. So I wasted money on shipping, and the order won’t be here on time. They don’t move at a fast pace by any means.

Don’t waste your time ordering. The shipment takes forever and the quality is sub par. I decided to order from Honey Birdette. The lingerie is beautiful and made well.

Loved the product the first time I ordered and I continued to order. Last January I ordered a whole bunch and received one item 3 weeks later and was told the rest was out of stock. I chalked it up to it being Valentines day. I recently ordered again and paid for extra fast shipping and got 1 thing once again 2 weeks later and was notified the same day it was out of stock. As much as I do love the product the service is not good and I will no longer be shopping there.
