Was great for a while. Then all of a sudden one day I can no longer buy coins. If I try to make a purchase it says: "you have reached your buy coins limit of $1.00 for the current month..."

I guess because I won a bit more than I spent, they've cut me off. So I guess only losers are allowed on this site.

It is obviously very deliberate, since every time I contact support about this they simply never respond (it's been about 2 weeks now that they are ghosting me on this subject); BUT when I send a message to support asking a benign question, like "How long will redemption take?", they always answer by the next day. So, they are intentionally ignoring the messages that matter.

The game will glitch soon as you hit a bonus round or any type of big hit amount and keep repeatedly glitching. Customer support is aware of the issues but still are selling these packages they know they are not actually granting then shoot you a free play to make up for it when in all reality you want what you purchased!!!!! I initially had a bad experience, but Caitlin from the team contacted me personally after seeing a negative review, explained everything that happened in a professional manner, and even offered a few rewards while apologizing for their mistakes. I have been having an issue for over a week where the wager take. Is doubling (sometimes more). I have sent multiple emails and screen recordings but have not heard back. You'll be banned from purchases if you win at all. They will put a $1 limit per month on your account and won't respond to emails if you redeem more than you spend. Don't bother when you can play CrownCoinsCasino, Luckylandslots, Chumba, Realprize, etc.. these are all reputable sites compared to this scam.

Support non existent. 50+ emails no help or response. Stay far away from this one. cannot even redeem what's in my account and not a single reply from support in over 6 months. Can't wait for a class action lawsuit for this one.
