I complained about the rigged golden gopher games several times that’s being used on this site. The next time a logged in they were all gone. When I started playing I had dead spin after dead spin and didn’t win anything. I emailed a request for my account to be close for self exclusion and they wouldn’t close it. When I threaten to report them to the state attorney’s office, they closed my account. I’m so happy, they are robbing the hell out of people and they need to be permanently put out of his business.

Vault rewards and random coins make me check back multiple times a day; it’s like a small, exciting game within the game itself, keeping things interesting. Works fine for me.

Such a shame, because this website used to be absolutely amazing. They offer daily "happy hour" deals that are genuinely generous (ie: $50 for 75SC). However, without any prior warning, they placed a purchase limit on my account, saying, "You've reached your buy coins limit of $1.00 for the current month and cannot buy coins today." I tried reaching out to customer support on three different occasions, receiving automated verfications they received my emails, only to be ignored. I think I won too much money on their website/cashed out too frequently, which is why they decided to limit my purchasing ability:( Would highly recommend taking advantage of their deals while you can, just don't expect to be on their website for too long.

I bought there welcome offer 20 for 75 sc 50 now 25 over the course of 6 days. Thought ok sounds interesting but no that was the worst experience I've had in a while. They ACTUALLY HAVE POP ADDS that appear at random when your hitting spin that if accidentally pressed takes you out the game to their store where you just spent money and it continues to do this any slot you go to so after failing to win with the 50 sc I logged on for 6 days of torture in which I didn't win anything but a lesson in WHERE NOT TO PLAY!!! So if you've read this far yes this is real and id suggest you not buy there offer and run .

Completing missions is satisfying, and the extra rewards make it worth logging in every day. Works fine for me.

Okay players I play every online casino that most of the rest of you play and one other time I was conned into buying a package kind of deceitfully by spree because the package wasn't in the so-called purchase department it was set up and designed so that you would click on the button being told that you won when you really hadn't but regardless of all that I have never been all out lied to as bad as I have with infinite and let me tell you I'm not happy. I go to the purchase column and I see that they are offering for $19.99 65 as he coins and believe me because I play so much I know that this is not common so I looked and I looked incessantly to make sure that there could be no other deceitful stuff going on look for an 800 number etc as of course there is none regardless of all that I finally because there was nothing else describing what exactly you were going to be getting other than 65 BC for 1999 I went ahead and bought it only to find out that I did not get 65 SD I got a big line of bullshit telling you have to log in everyday and I'll be guaranteed I guess that's what I've heard anyway to get the money the 65sc back well let me tell you I can't I played it for 2 days and I can't even figure out where to get my promotion from anymore there's no promotion on there when I go there there's no free play and I message him and I let them know that I am not buying their story that they were upfront and clear about what the deal was with that package because they worked but it just so happens at immediately after I purchased it the whole page when it comes to that package changed and then it was loud and clear I was pissed and I'm still pissed they lied to me they bold faced lied and deceived me and then have the balls to turn around and tell me that I'm blind or dumb or both I'm not any of the above I'm well educated in accounting and I'm here to tell you they will never see another dime of my money and I will bad mouth them till the end of time I don't play like that if they can't be straightforward with me about what I am buying they need to be put out of business and then to make you think that you're crazy or let him guess like you into believing that they told you what you're getting no I looked and I looked and I looked and there was nothing giving any details and telecourse they got my money then the magic wand come out oh I tell you what this is why online casinos have a bad name because of infinite casino and their BS

Their redemption time is way too long. You have to wait 72 hours and then another 24 hours. And after that they messed up and tell me how to start the process over so think about that before you deposit your money there.

Lots of big wins. Quick and easy verification process. A 3day wait for redemption is the only negative but love the games

They have great offers and a nice daily bonus. Redemptions take a reasonable amount of time and I have never had any issues with them.

If I could give less than 1 star i would. This site is a joke. As soon as I started winning I got disconnected then couldn't connect back to the site. It would say my location is blocked but my location was just fine before I started winning then all of a sudden I was blocked from the website. Save your money and don't play at this casino

This is an OKAY online casino. PERSONALLY, I barely win $100 the few times that I have won(UNLIKE PULSZ & JACKPOTA where the WINNINGS ARE SPECTACULAR). The payments are quick EXCEPT on the weekenda

This game is legit, relatively quick redemptions compared to others. I enjoy this game because its fun and can cash out for real prizes!

Almost a year ago, there were a bunch of glitches. Those glitches have been ironed out however support is very limited compared to when the site first began.

All I can say is my recent redemption has been processed but has not hit account/ once again in the beginning when site was created, it was almost instant(couple hrs). Now it’s 4 days. 72 hr pending and apparently 24 hrs to hit account. I really don’t like reading one star about them maxing people’s deposits to 1 dollar. We will see if that happens to me.

Bottom line- support could do way better. Pop ups need to be more limited. Redemption times need to be better.

I got a great deal for SC And went for it I spent 20$ added very easily using Google pay and hit made 190$ got verified in about a day and they have paid out very fast compared to other online casinos very impressed and will definitely play more in the future

Have fun. Has pretty good pay outs the only issue I have found is wish they where more game options

I dislike that it have to have a 3 day hold. I think the company does well making sure you receive the money you win at the end .

Idk what everyone else is talking about I’ve had very good luck withdrawing funds and had good luck winning

Well first of all .. y'all stole from me I purchased a package didn't receive nothing nodda
