I recently had a HyCoSy procedure at this clinic and, after reading about how painful it can be, I was understandably quite apprehensive beforehand. From the moment the procedure began, the doctor made me feel completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, my consent was checked throughout, and each step was talked through so I knew what to expect and when I might feel some discomfort.

What stood out most was that the procedure was not rushed at all. When I experienced slight pain, the doctor allowed my body time to settle before continuing, rather than pushing through. I felt listened to, understood, and genuinely cared for.

The level of care and professionalism was exemplary, and the experience was far better than I had anticipated. I am very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone feeling anxious about this procedure.

Had a very good scan with Mr Mazrok. He explained everything to me and the report, was given to me during the appointment even! He talked me through some of the images and referred me to a physio. Super efficient and good appointment.
