Had an AMH blood test with a very thorough doctor, and the actual needle experience was pain free.

Ms. Melissa is a truly professional sonographer who performed my private Testis and Scrotum with Color Doppler ultrasound scan.
From the welcoming reception to the private and comfortable scanning environment with modern equipment, everything was perfect.
Ms Melissa explained the whole process clearly during and after the scan.
I highly recommend Spital Clinic for their excellent service, comfort, and professionalism.
If I ever need professional sonographer or any other service in the future, I’ll definitely return here. I truly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I found this clinic online and was very impressed. Booking a fertility blood test and GP appointment with Dr. Ruby Uddin was quick and easy, with great availability.
​On the day, I was seen on time. Dr. Uddin was lovely, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to clearly explain the process, answered all my questions, and we had a great, friendly chat.

​She then called the very next day to personally explain my results.

I had a concerning experience during my AMH blood test at this clinic. The doctor who performed the procedure demonstrated poor preparation and unsafe technique throughout the process.

First, she did not attempt to take blood from my left arm at the elbow crease, explaining that the vein was not strong enough. She proceeded to try my right arm instead. After inserting the needle, no blood was drawn. Instead of removing the needle and trying again safely, she adjusted the angle of the needle while it was still inside my arm, which was both painful and unprofessional.

When that attempt failed, she moved to the back of my left hand and repeated the same behaviour. Inserting the needle, then re-poking and angling it while still in place. Again, no blood was drawn. She then tried the back of my right hand, repeated the same re-poking motion, and finally managed to draw blood. I've done many blood tests and never had it drawn from the back of my hand before.

She also appeared unprepared. She ran out of cotton balls mid-procedure and left me sitting there with the needle still in my hand while she went to fetch more. The tubing was left dangling, and blood began to drip onto the floor. When she returned, there was visible blood on the floor. She wiped the blood off the floor with a dry tissue only, no disinfectant or proper cleaning. She may have disinfected it afterwards, although I can't be sure as I didn't see it. At one point she even mentioned that she once had to draw blood from a patient’s foot, which did not inspire confidence in her technique.

The doctor herself was otherwise kind and apologetic, and the consultation before the test was pleasant. However, the clinical standard of care and infection control procedures during the blood draw were well below acceptable practice.

Edit: the doctor called back and apologised again, which I really appreciated. She’s also stated that proper cleaning and disinfecting was conducted after I left.

I found this clinic very friendly, even though we didn't speak English well, we had some support and everything went very clearly and easily.
I recommend with confidence.

Everyone was lovely but I found the trip very frustrating. Booked for a well advertised AMH test & then was basically told once there that it couldn’t help me, and I should book lots of others.

I was recommended to get an SIS done in the course of IVF treatment. I was going to be in London during my cycle and so reached out to the London Pregnancy Clinic to schedule the SIS while in the city. Scheduling was easy and the clinic staff were very nice and helpful and Dr Purohit was thorough and explained the results very well. I received my report within a couple hours of my appointment and sent it to my home clinic. Thank you for a great experience.
