Hiring Sam Parker was, hands down, the best decision I made as a transfer applicant to law school. Her wisdom, candor, and thoughtfulness carried me in the application process, and I attribute much of my success to her guidance. Despite being below some medians, I gained interest from many top schools, and I even secured an acceptance into Penn Carey Law as a transfer applicant!

I was also very impressed by the knowledge Sam has about the application process and what schools are actually looking for, and her insight is exceptional. This helped me put my best foot forward and approach my application strategically.

Sam Parker was wonderful to work with. She is everything you would want in a consultant: knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. She won’t bullshit you. Perhaps even more important than her expertise, it is readily apparent that Sam genuinely cares about the people she advises. From the start, it was clear that she was personally invested in my goals and cared about me as a human, not just as a client.

I have a story and stats that make admissions complicated: an old GPA under 2.5, a very unusual background, and a story that was strong but hard to organize. They helped me turn all of that into an application that actually made sense.

They took my application seriously, pushed me where I needed to be pushed, and helped me see what was actually compelling in my own story.

Anna was wonderful throughout the process. She was kind, calm, and thoughtful at moments when this whole thing felt pretty brutal. Also, Paul Rollins is amazing. If you can choose him, choose him. He is direct, smart, and really good at helping you sound like the best version of yourself instead of some polished admissions robot.

I ended up getting into Georgetown Law with an old sub-2.5 GPA. That is still pretty hard for me to believe. Spivey made this possible, and I'm beyond thankful.
