Screwed up orders and lousy customer service. They have no phone number, so I have sent many emails that have not resulted in any resolution. Some weeks I receive no delivery. Other weeks I will get two deliveries. Because of expiration dates, I cannot save the smoothies ordered. There have been other problems with deliveries as well. All I get are emails promising to fix things signed “plant based love.” Nice words, but the screw ups continue.

I love Splendid Spoon! Food quality and taste is consistent and delivery is very reliable. Great way to ensure I have something healthy to eat always on hand, which is great when I'm always trying to figure out lunch.

Delicious and healthy plant based meals delivered to your doorstep! What more could one ask for? Ordering is simple and I love the ease of adjusting my delivery schedule. Website is very easy to navigate! Food is delicious and reheats well. Love the higher protein options recently added! Highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy plant based food packed with flavor!

Whether you’re vegan or just looking to make healthier choices, Splendid Spoon is a great option. I find the food very good. The soups are delicious. If you like more salt, you can always add. The frozen foods are great too. I like the smoothies but sometimes i add Splendid for more sweetness.
I have had no issues with service. Deliveries are on time. Highly recommend.

Been using them for years started out just getting the smoothies, but now I mostly get the soups. I find it extremely helpful as a really busy person who has to eat vegan for health reasons now.

Very happy with Splendid Spoon. Been a customer for three years. Smoothies are very healthy and delicious. Delivery has been reliable. Only two instances where there were problems, but that's because I live in a new housing development. I highly recommend Splendid Spoon.

All the dishes I've had have been great! The portions are exactly the right size too. The packaging is really good and your food stays cold all day until you get home to store it. Good plan

Absolutely love a few of the smoothie flavors and their healthy ingredients. And some of the wellness shots. Haven’t really enjoyed the meals.
Three things I wish: more flavors I love, overall less expensive/more discounts, containers that aren’t plastic.

There are a lot of problems with this place. Firstly there is a weird sign-in whereby you enter your email and they email you a code (it says it sends by email and SMS also but it DOES NOT, which I found out from customer support when I had an issue and he said the SMS was not set up yet - why not remove this mention on your website?? As it wasted my time not knowing if my email or phone number was the issue, but I'm sure it was on their side). At some point I stopped getting this emails, so I HAD NO ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. I could not cancel, I could not change selections. I emailed them and on back and forths via email (since there is no phone support), he said my email address doesn't work so I wasn't getting the verification. Which is the SAME ADDRESS we were using to communicate, so obviously it did work. The email response times are slow, it's 1-2 days to get back each response. Because of this delay and my being charged for items I did not want, which I indicated in the email, but they didn't take off in time, he said I would get a credit for 2 items which I have yet to see (more than a month ago) and no response to 2 emails sent over the past month asking about its status.

I still continued to use them weekly after the log-in issue was resolved, but my last order I was supposed to get 14 items and I recd only 12! And 4 items I requested were not there but 2 items I did not request are there. I sent an email 2 days ago and no response yet. Not even an acknowledgement that my e-mail was received, isn't this a standard practice everywhere else?

I just cancelled my subscription and if I do not get at least a credit for the 4 items I will pursue additional action against this company.

2 repeat orders showed up the same day which I think was a mistake and one week after a prior order where half of the soups were busted due to the new stupid packaging.

Great healthy options
The food has been very good the whole time I have been a customer. I greatly enjoy how everything has improved over the years: the food has gotten even better, there are more choices, the website is much better, and the packaging is always of high quality.

Delivery was late and food was leaking all over. Almost made me sick. Had to dispose of everything. Received refund....but horrible experience.

Half of the order was missing and I am waiting to get refunded for it.

I should be receiving 5 combo of soup, entree, noodle dishes and I only received 1 this time. Also, I am bad at remembering to make specific selections, but I got 4 of the dame smoothy with 1 other kind. Un cool!

Their shakes are the bomb. I have one everyday
