Good lord, out of the 10+ food delivery services I have tried, this is by far the WORST regarding order accuracy. Even their customer service department, who started at first being accommodating, has now become incompetent as well. It's a shame because the smoothies, although expensive at $10 a pop, are really tasty and there is a decent variety. Long story short, I have had around 25 deliveries from them over a year and a half, and at least eight of them have had an issue. The issues range from items missing from my order (this happened 4 times), items being opened and spilling all over the other items (twice), items being swapped out in my order without asking/telling me first (once), and items sent in my order that literally expired the day I received the box (once). I finally got fed up and cancelled my subscription yesterday, because after they refunded 3 smoothies from my last order due to subbing out ones I did not want, they then only sent me 7 of the 10 smoothies I ordered and paid for in this most recent box. The part of their company that does the packaging has got to be the most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered in a shipping business. They need to fire everyone in that department, including management, and then rehire with new trainers. Utterly frustrating and ridiculous.

I found Splendid Spoon a few years ago, I am always looking for fast nutrition meal replacements for busy work days. I love that it is fresh, easy and tasty. The company communication is great and the cost is comparable to most grocery meals and other meal plan options. Nothing to mix, no powders, just literally grab and go. Plus, I feel like they are always improving and revising.

The food is horrible. What a waste of money. I changed my rating to 2 stars because Splendid Spoon refunded my money.

Splendid Spoon is jam packed with flavor and nutrition! And you can't beat the price or the convenience of door step delivery. With super easy to heat insteuctions, it makes meal time easy and enjoyable. Thank you Splendid Spoon!

In the summer heat, the brown box has been wet and torn. The food packages have been soggy and leaking. There are a few meals I like and order consistently, but they are getting old.

Love, love, love their smoothies. Start each morning with one.

Don't like the new recipes as much especially the vegan meatballs, bring back the old ones they were amazing!

I've been a fan of Splendid Spoon for a while now, and I have to say, their Blue Majik and Power Green Smoothies are two of my breakfast favorites. With my busy mornings & driving the kids to school, it's so convenient to have a healthy breakfast on the go.

I really appreciate the new feature that allows me to set my orders to arrive every two weeks and remember my favorites. Splendid Spoon makes it easy to stay on track, even on the busiest days!

The food is delicious! The service is a huge help as it saves me from meal planning and prepping. For me, the positives of this service outweigh the negatives. The negatives being changes in recent years that have made the smoothies and bowls less thick and thereby less filling. And, a few times my box arrived with an item missing. When I contacted customer service they said it was out of stock and they would credit my account. My point is I shouldn't have to contact them to get a credit if they knowingly ship my box with an item missing. They should immediately credit me without my asking. All that said, I still love the food and the time it saves me.

Soups are very good, always arrives on time.

Their meals are delicious and healthy! Eating Splendid Spoon really helped improve my overall diet, health, and lifestyle where a lot of other things did not. It can be a little pricey but if you are able, it is worth it and they do provide a lot of incentives and discounts for members, plus the new option of changing your delivery schedule to be more intermittent really helps with budgeting! I always look forward to my boxes when they arrive!

I’ve been a customer of splendid spoon since their beginnings. I have tried nearly everything but my favorite by far are the smoothies! They are hearty, healthy, and so good. Their soups/noodles/entrees are great and a wonderful quick vegan meal but for grab and go the smoothies win out.

I've been ordering from Splendid Spoon Marketplace for two years. They are the only vegan/gluten-free service I have found that does not require a subscription. The marketplace is expensive, but it's completely hassle-free. I order once or twice a month to meet the free shipping threshold, choosing a mix of meals, bowls, and occasional low-sugar smoothies. The food is good, and portions are reasonable. Shipping is prompt and while the dry ice is evaporated sometimes, the boxes are insulated well and my food has always still been frozen.

Customer service has been excellent. Within the past year, two orders had missing items because they ran out. Those were refunded before the order even arrived. They also cheerfully refunded me when a dish arrived in a crushed tray, and when they sent an incorrect item. They just asked for pictures, which is reasonable. Overall I'm very satisfied with the company and will continue to get some of my food there.

The dishes are well proportioned, filling and tasty! Very surprising. I only wish they had more dessert options.

Splendid Spoon is my go to vegan delivery service! We love the variety, taste and convenience when we want a break from cooking. Everything is delicious! We've tried other services and you just can't beat the price and options Splendid Spoon has to offer. We've been using them for quite a while now and will continue to do so!!

I would like to see more options less sodium and well under 400 calories. For someone trying to lose weight, and improve overall health, there aren’t enough options.

First let me say, I am a huge Splendid Spoon fan. The meals, noodle bowls, soups and especially the smoothies are delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and overall, I thoroughly enjoy their offerings.

However, I must express my disappointment with the packaging for the meals. Upon delivery, I noticed that the boxes were wet and torn, and some of the meal trays were broken at the edges. On one of the meal trays the corner was broken out with frozen food pieces falling out. Despite my positive experience with the food, the subpar packaging has led me to reconsider future orders. I will likely stick to ordering smoothies, soup, and noodle bowls, as these items seem to be better suited to the current packaging methods.

While I thoroughly enjoy the food from Splendid Spoon, I do believe there is room for improvement in the packaging department. With better packaging, I would have given a higher rating.
