I have used this Company three times now, and for the first two, would give a 5 star review as the results were prompt and the interface excellent.
The third and last time has completely changed my perspective. No issues with the blood draw, the service was prompt, professional and friendly. Results quick. I queried a result on one/two of my bio markers as the potential reason for it being out of range I knew not to be the case, and this was stated in my health profile. No reference to my training status within my results either. This was 13th March. Despite escalating the situation to a complaint, I still await a response.
In truth, I’m comfortable enough with my health profile to not be concerned about my health, I’m more frustrated re the lack of response. I’ve found an alternative provider for a similar service and will use them going forward.
I think this response is fair.

Slow support response
I ordered a blood test and had a sample taken by a phlebotomist (arranged through Edge) and posted same-day. After a lengthy delay I was informed there was a problem with the sample collection and was given the opportunity to pay (!) for another. The back-and-forth with support trying to get this resolved has been very slow, and there is no phone number given to contact the company. As a result, I'm resorting to leaving a bad review to get attention.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Time to reach out to there ambassadors to make them aware of the level of service they provide to everyday people. Reported to trading standards as this is borderline theft. Paid for blood test, paid for nurse to do the blood test - no contact, sent support ticket - no reply. This is absolute of hard working peoples time and money.

Disappointed
I had positive experiences using the finger prick test service twice earlier in 2025 so decided to use them again later in the year. Unfortunately my experience this time round left me £150 down, stressed out and with one marker returned across three completed tests. I had no issues previously, but this time I had three blood tests which failed due to 'burst blood cells'. I don't recognise having done anything differently in my collection this time round.
On the first test I completed, I received the 'your results are in' message, but found that only one marker was displaying. I had to ask customer service about this and was told that the rest had failed. Another test kit was sent, which was good service and appreciated. Unfortunately I couldn't collect a sample next time around and purchased a replacement kit. The collection felt straightforward but this again failed analysis. Again, there was no proactive communication. I had to chase things myself. I purchased a final replacement kit, wanting the results and concerned about how much money I'd already spent to not have had an outcome. The collection went smoothly but it again failed analysis. This time I was contacted, but I was informed by customer service that some of my markers had failed. I was hopeful that I may have at least got some results back, so I asked what information was available. Disappointingly, this information was given in error, it had failed completely and an apology was given for the confusion. I was given the option of purchasing another replacement test but in the end I decided I couldn't justify any more money and didn't want to get any hopes up. At various stages I was advised of different, more costly, collection methods but these weren't convenient and I'd lost faith by the end anyway.
All in all, really disappointing and frustrating. Conversations with customer service were polite and friendly, albeit slow, and up ultimately I'm left feeling that I wouldn't use this service or recommend them.

I was unable to get enough blood first attempt. They did send out another test which was good customer service. Unfortunately, despite following guidance 1/3 of the markers didn't work. Quite a high cost and a lot of stress to not get all the results I wanted

Don’t expect results in the timeframes advertised. I sent my test back over a week ago now and the app is just showing that my results are being reviewed by a doctor. It has been like this for 5 days despite it being advertised that you receive results in 2 working days from the test being received at the lab. Tried to contact support which advertises that they will respond in 1 working day but low and behold that doesn’t happen either. Very frustrating.
At home kit
Prompt service and response, at home kit so much easier than having to go to a pharmacy or centre. Simple finger prick at the comfort of your own home.. simple but effective.

Unfortunately, poor service.
Test kit came in good time, ended up getting a cold so didn’t test for a week until well again.
Tested, sent on Thursday, received by labs Friday. It’s now Friday (next week) and the only update I’ve had (via app) is that Dr is reviewing (it’s been like that since Monday.
Website advertises results within 2 working days, which isn’t the case.
2 stars rather than 1 because kit came out quickly and the kit itself is easy to use.

Delayed and not all carried out
Nurse arranged to collect bloods on Friday. Took to post office that morning but didn’t get delivered until Monday. Not all the bloods were done that were ordered and I haven’t been refunded as I need to email someone about it but not enough info given to be able to do this so have paid for bloods that were not done.
Do not trust them
Test results not uploaded. No response to chasing. Cannot be relied upon. Cancelling subscription.

Poor the last few time I have used edge it hasn’t been as good, No doctors report even after asking for it still had know seems they don’t want to reply to problems just take your money

Not as good as it used to be
For the past couple of times I’ve had to chase the results- website says 2 working days and I wait over a week- and results only published after I complain.
Also no Dr comments like previously and not all blood results give you what to do if the are out of range.
The app is not as good as it used to be- why do I need to compare my blood results with others of my age- what good is that?

I jumped the gun! Forth Edge customer service has been fantastic. Prompt, timely and very satisfactory. I had an issue, I gave feedback. They responded directly to the feedback. We both learned something and I am happy to be a client once more. Well done Edge, I just wish more companies looked after their clients like these guys.
Great info, but results took a while!
This was the third time I have used Forth for a test and the second time for this specific test and I find the results useful. However, this time, it was over 3 weeks before I received the results. I thought this was a little long.

Genuinely disappointed so far
Much slower than a competitor service to deliver results, plus a key test was missing (but its absence was not noted or explained). Quite disappointing
