Everything was too easy! From registering an account, to setting up the handheld POS machine, to getting my money, everything was just a breeze. The user interface in the mobile app, website, and hardware is also user-friendly.

The system is great but as a new operator deleting items wasn't that easy

I'm setting up a new business, without POS prior experience and explained that I need help!
I was sold on the fact Wix was on the menu and my friend uses Wix, to find a $32 per month surcharge to import library.
Hours lost with phonecalls and emails between both square and Wix, speaking with non english personnel.

Easy setup easy to use. Totally recommend Square for small businesses.

I was worried about getting this , but after getting some help setting it up to suit my business needs it is easy to use and payments are usually in next day, I have set mine up to charge the transaction fee back to the customer.

We are loving square, it was pretty easy to set up. We love the improvement that they continually make.

Setting up Square on my phone to enable customers to pay by card was very easy and user friendly. Starting a new business with little experience made the decision to use Square a simple one due to its ease of use and cost effectiveness.

Square was recommended to me by a friend, and I found it so easy to set up. The transaction process was super easy and payment was fairly quick.

I only needed it for market stalls for a hobby selling home made .
The first time using it we couldn't get it to read cards and had to manually enter details.
Fees to use then fees to transfer. I knew of fees to use but dont recall reading of fees to transfer

The money borrowed allowed me to upgrade my family living thereby setting my family up for financial success.

Credit Card Sales using the Square EFTPOS Machine have increased our Sales that they represent nearly 50% of our overall Business activity, where we were 100% Cash prior
Good Thing is for a relatively small Fee, our Sales Income is usually in our Bank Account within (2) Days

Ease of use The Square is so easy to use even for me @ 80 years of age .Communication with Square is first class.
We are only a small Pickleball Club .

Square contacted me out of the blue, and after using their service for multiple years, advised me that my account was on hold, and requested to see copies of invoices that I had sent to my clients. Unfortunately, I have NDA's that prohibit me from sharing commercially sensitive information with third parties (I work in Media). Subsequently, Square deactivated my account, and refuse to tell me why, or provide any means to appeal, or speak to anyone. Update: Square have responded here, and advised that I could have provided redacted Invoices, without client details. I would have been more than happy to do this, but was not given this option during my audit. I have now emailed Square Accounts, and advised that I am more than happy to provide redacted invoices. If Square replies, I will update this review, however - as of today, they still have not. It is quite disappointing that the most meaningful assistance that I have got so far in regards to this issue, was Squares response to this negative review, and not to my actual support emails.

The Help line people were very helpful, and steered me in the right way to get connected.
