I put in a ticket online to address a tech issue on my end. A few hours later I received instructions to call customer service. I called and was helped by Felson who understood my request (not an easy feat) and resolved the issue for me in less than two minutes.

Trish was THE nicest. It was a pleasure talking to Trish today, she was so warm and thorough with her explanations. She was also really helpful and had my best interests at heart.

Trish listened to my issues and was quick to make notes and investigate the issues i was having. She took my details and called me back with answers within the hour which was very impressive. She had done some investigation an found a great solution for me. Trish talked me through the issue, the solution and waited on the phone while i did what was needed. and they closed my account on 8 Apr 2025

do not try to purchased SR Fax they can also cheat you
i have a proof of SR Fax as they scamed with me
