Walid was responsive, fast and very professional. Once we agreed on him visiting the property he was there within two days, with the full report coming just under 3 days later. All in all he was done in a week, and gave us peace of mind about a crack in the wall of a house we were purchasing. After Walid visited the property he couldn't get me on the phone, so left me a whatsapp voice note to provide his initial observations and explain next steps. He went above and beyond here in my opinion as I didn't have to wait or follow up for the information. Price was reasonable considering the quotes I got elsewhere, and I felt I got a fantastic service. Would definitely recommend!

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. I was looking for a structural engineer who would be able to do a full structural survey and provide us with a certificate of structural adequacy, all within a relatively tight timeframe for my insurance company. Stabuild initially stood out in terms of its responsiveness. Walid was able to visit the property very quickly, accurately described in advance what it would involve, turned up when he said he would, was very thorough in his approach on site, and answered all my questions in ways that were easy for a lay person to understand. He produced the very thorough report and certificate very quickly too, and had great communication throughout. His quote was not the cheapest I had found, but having contacted other firms I came to realise that what he was offering for the price was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in commissioning him again if I ever needed to.

Firstly, as all the positive reviews note, Walid, is obviously highly experienced, knowledgeable and expert. Secondly, he is polite, courteous and able to explain that expertise and knowledge in clear terms. We needed his services for a structural inspection of our Victorian 3 bed flat and the wider house, which he performed expertly, producing a report that was clearly understandable, with a clear sense of potential works needed and likely costs. he was also extremely prompt and detailed in answering follow-up questions. highly recommended.
