Professional, responsive and very helpful. I had an issue with a roof support I wanted more information on, and Stabuild helped resolve the problem and identify solutions. They were also very transparent about pricing, not forcing me to choose the most expensive solution but explaining what each option offered.

Not advised if there were up to banks certification ti undertake the work first. They need to advise clients, about their standard of certification certain reports first. Clients should check with their banks first on qualification work needing to be carried out first before retaining their service. Homebuyers viewing reports ok anything more, check with bank first.

Ryan Calladine carried out a survey for me when I had concerns about some cracks and other issues at my property. He was thorough, carrying out a careful inspection and taking multiple photographs.
