Declan removed my Moms stairlift today. He was very friendly. He called the day before to tell me the time he was due to arrive and arrived today at the time he said he would. Great company, from the first phonecall to explaining how they would take it away, to the engineer removing it, then while he was removing it, talking to the finance department, who ensured the money was transferred, to tidying up, everything was excellent.

I tried a few companies and many showed interest but then were unreliable. STAIRLIFTS WAREHOUSE made it very easy, their operative was lovely and made it all very easy.

The stair lift was removed efficiently…
The stair lift was removed efficiently and without causing any damage to the staircase. The team were late to the property, however this was out of their control and they kept us updated with their ETA.
