a very professional and easy stairlift removal service
Having contacted a number of other companies about stairlift removal, stairlifts warehouse were the most helpful and accommodating and offered the best price (even though all the companies I contacted offered very little considering the cost of installation); but more importantly, the stairlifts warehouse engineer (John)that came to actually remove the stairlift was extremely polite, very pleasant to deal with, chatty and very professional. removal was swift and neatly done, the payment was in my account within 30 minutes and there was nothing I could complain about at all with the removal service. John tidied up afterwards, was extremely careful not to cause any damage to the walls etc. He is a credit to the organisation.

I first contacted Stairlift Warehouse via their online form, it was late in the evening, but next morning I was contacted by a very courteous friendly lady with a price for buying it from me. There was no hard sell, just facts. After a bit more research I went back to them as their offer was very reasonable. A date for collection was arranged and a named engineer assigned. Declan made contact before the day and kept me informed whilst en route and was very punctual. He was also very courteous, friendly and professional. The sales process was very smooth, and again the interaction with the finance gentleman on the phone was professional and friendly. Five Star Attention Thoughout
Contacted this company to have the stairlift removed from my mums. What a pleasure to deal with. So polite, kind and efficient. Even arranged for the removal to be after a certain time to enable me to be at the property. I had Declan come to do the removal. Really polite, contacted me the previous day to check and confirm the arrival time. Then on the day called to let me know he was only 20 mins away so would be early. Not a problem as I was already at the property. Stairlift dismantled and taken away very quickly. He even got me the best price, which was in my bank before Declan left. Highly recommend this company and Declan.

Excellent service provided by all. Initial assessment and quotation was done easily on-line with photos and details. Phone call received from company after quote. Gentleman was courteous and explained process. Engineer attended, was very punctual, having travelled all the way from Leeds to Harrow. Removal was carried out in a professional manner, leaving everything clean and tidy. Payment transfer was made whilst engineer present. Very happy with the service.
