The company lists their location as London, England but their products ship from China. When I had questions about how long shipping was taking, they were somewhat timely in their responsiveness. They only have email available for customer service. I was not able to locate a phone number anywhere. But when the package was finally delivered, opened and missing items, they suddenly became unresponsive. I emailed them on the day the package was delivered, 12/26/2025 about the issue and have emailed them 5 times since with only an automated response. I even took it upon myself to contact the carrier, supplied photos and documentation, and obtained their confirmation that the merchant would be eligible for a claim. After emailing this information to the merchant, I still have not gotten a response. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Their lack of communication after more than 6 weeks and multiple attempts to reach them is unacceptable.

I accidentally shipped this to my old address, so I emailed support and they were very quick to respond and help me fix the issue. The packaging was very nice and the product was exactly as described. Made for the perfect gift for my book collecting sister.

The best gift for someone who loves books. I couldn’t wait to use it after opening it, and still haven’t stopped. It’s easy to use, beautiful, and puts a forever stamp on my books.

Ordered on Dec 7 2025 hoping to see it before Christmas or at least early into the new year. It is Jan 22 2025 now and it still hasn’t arrived. It landed in my city on Christmas Eve allegedly, according to the Chinese tracking website but it doesn’t say who has it now and the shipping company doesn’t have a real phone number. Emailed the company multiple times but have received zero response. Absolutely a scam. If it arrives at all at this point I’d be surprised.

Everything was perfect. Communication re items and postage. Arrived reasonably quickly. Good value. Nice quality product

The Quality is top notch. The embossers are brass and sharp. The imprint is clear and prominent. I'm impress.
I ordered before from a different company and I got a 3D printed joke of an embosser. I'll be back here from now on.

I am a bibliophile and have an extensive library. Therefore, I need to mark my book professionally, so I chose "Stamped Pages."

I purchased a Custom Book Embosser and an extra embosser clip on the 18/12/25, my order arrived 04/01/26 however the Legend Unbound clip is faulty and doesn't seem to be aligned properly and so won't actually leave a stamp.

We sent an email on the 05/01/26 and sent a message on the website contact us page on 14/01/26. We have not had a reply to either of these and are now getting very frustrated as the item costs a lot of money for it to be faulty and unusable.

Please could a new Legend Unbound clip be sent out?

I received every embosser I ordered In a timely manner and everyone's name was spelled correctly! My only disappointment is having to disassemble the embosser for it to fit into the travel case.

At this point im just trying to reach any person with the company. Ordered a custom embosser for my wife for Christmas at the beginning of December. Paid extra for expidited shipping for 6-10 day delivery.

The tracking landed in my city on December 30th. It's now been over a month since the order and my package hasn't moved, but there's no information to which carrier has it so I can't reach out to pick it up myself.

I've sent 7 emails over the course of this transactio all with the same 2 automatic responses that "We received your email and will get back to you with our friendly support staff response as soon as possible."

I've since reached out to try and cancel. Next step is to go through my credit card support to try and get the funds back.

Product was better than advertised with etching across the handgrip to produce a more elegant look. Sturdy and built to last, a great present for my avid book loving wife.
