Ordered off this company at the start of December and still nothing. Seven emails to company “customer service” have produced seven auto replies. This was meant as a Xmas present , but is starting to feel like a scam. Terrible service - SCAM SCAM SCAM

Great stamp! Incredibly thoughtful gift.

In a world of eBooks and Audiobooks, physical books are a little bit more rare, a little more valuable, and a little more important. I wish to leave my mark on mine, but not scrawl all over them; I want something just as rare and important. Your stamp gave me the solution. It leaves an impression on the page, the way my favorite book pages leave an impression on me. The ordering process was simple enough. I wish there had been more icon choices for a man, but I understand that most readers are women. I, perhaps, am an exception and my new imprint expresses that exceptionalism with class and grace. Thanks for that ability.

Excellent product, delivery was slow but product quality was exceptional

We are so happy with our embosser. The only thing we would say is that the top of the decal (the "Library of" part) doesn't always emboss as well as the bottom. I think it's to do with the alignment. Given the cost I would have liked it to be functioning perfectly.

Easy site to order from, apart from having to choose between so many lovely options. Order arrived well packaged and reasonably quickly. The image comes out really clearly on thinner paper but it struggles with thicker paper. It has worked on almost all of the books I own that I wanted to identify.

no customer service team that responds to emails. parcel lost in transit that was ordered on December 10th.

love the product--performs just as described. Sturdy and crafted workmanship. Only drawback was the surprise delivery. Despite repeated check ins on tracking, the package appeared while I was still thinking that it had yet to clear US customs. Just fortunate that I was home when it arrived.

The embosser works well, there was a wide selection of designs, and considering the custom nature of the product, it arrived quite quickly.

The product (custom book embosser) was exactly why I was expecting and more! It was well made and I have had zero issues with it so far!

I love the uniqueness of this as a gift, I liked the amount of choices available in images and ability to customize them as well.
I would suggest that in the cart have the ability to edit each individual stamp if ordering multiples.

My stamp came in excellent time and well packaged.

The ordering process is straight forward and we were kept updated about the delivery. We could adjust the design as i spitted after i ordered a mistake i made and it was no hassle to comunicate with costumer service. Once we got the embrosser myself and my friend the embrosser was for were very happy with the result.

Standard shipping took a while but I wasn’t in any rush. Happy with the gold color of the embosser. I didn’t notice the flower design on the side when I bought the embosser. Seems unnecessary but it’s fine. It is less hefty/less substantial than the other embosser I have but it gets the job done.

My wife loves her stamp that I bought her for Christmas! Very cool and well made.

I accidentally reordered the same product twice and tried to correct it by email but wasn't given a response until it was too late to cancel. weeks later I only received 1 product but was charged nearly 140.00 for it .The customer service basically doesn't exist and I was cheated by this company. Don't fall for the scam.
