Shane was the engineer on the day, he provided a good serviced and communicated clearly at all times.

Second time I've needed to use them. The first time was regarding a dripping tap in the washbasin which was sorted quickly, efficiently and professionally.
This time was more complex with leaking pipes under the bath and dripping mixer unit resulting in water dripping through the ceiling. I had no hesitation in calling them to solve the problem which they did... to perfection. Highly recommend.

We called for James's help to investigate mould and damp issues in and around our standing shower. We needed a professional assessment to understand the root cause and to provide a clear report for our landlord. James arrived promptly and was well-equipped to handle the situation. He was thorough in his inspection, checking the state of our standing shower, ventilation and all affected areas to identify the issues causing the mould and dampness. He explained the problems to us in a way that was easy to understand and suggested several effective remedies to tackle them. James was not only friendly but also highly professional. We were immediately impressed with the coordinated standard of work and team ethos established by Project Manager, Syed.
The skill level and experience of the entire plumbing team, very ably led by James, assisted by Luke, Balu and Hassan was admirable. In particular, snags were promptly dealt with and resolved, in a number of cases this involved work after hours. The tilers, Pat and Henry, created a beautiful finish after the excellent of the plasterer, Jamie and Simon the electrician. Frank, the carpenter, was flexible with work times, setting himself high standards.
Ongoing customer advice, confidently delivered by the team, was well received and enhanced the rapport with the clients.
In summary, two very dated bathrooms were brilliantly transformed. We will miss the daily punctual team presence on site.

Quick, responsive and efficient service. I had a really quick response from the team about booking in my PAT test - it was booked within hours of me first emailing and I cannot fault their service at all. PAT test was done quickly and efficiently and the tester was very polite and organised. PAT certificate was sent through a day after the test. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get a PAT test.
